Hi Aeri! Happy Christmas! All the rooms have been arranged by IKEA designers, I believe it would be best to reach out directly to the IKEA Croydon team. I also think this fireplace is an external product. I am sure you will be able to find similar one online.
These rooms are for 8 foot tall people . There is no way an ordinary person could reach the top shelves without a ladder , and I didn't see any ladders in any of the rooms. Wake up IKEA .

Thank you for sharing . They did a lot of the rooms so dark,it’s been a while since I’ve been to ikea but I remember most being quite bright looking .
