Thanks for the great content. Is there a way for a form to create both a lead and a deal? We have many custom products on our website where a lead or a contact will fill out multiple forms at once (or over time) but not sure how to work around this when we have the email field as a unique field.

Great video thanks! What if I have multiple lead magnets offered with different forms, and each form maps to a different lead source. I want the same person to be able to fill out as many different forms as they want, and I undertsand the upsert setting will prevent multiple records, but how do i not overwrite the lead source each time they fill out a form? I would want their CRM record to capture each lead source they engage with over time separately.
Hi Better Online Training, Add a multi-select picklist to your CRM Leads module. Continue to upsert the lead using the Zoho Forms integration settings, but don’t map the lead source. Create Zoho Flows that trigger on submission of your various forms. In your flow, create a deluge script that updates the multi-select picklist with the new lead source value. If you want to capture additional information unique to each form capture, consider adding a subform to your leads instead of a multi-select picklist.

I am trying to integrate a form with a custom module
It work ok for bring in the information to the entries but it doesn’t populate the fields in the custom module
I do get a message that custom modules don’t integrate but that doesn’t make sense?

I am having problems setting up the field rules. I have hidden a field, but when Im trying to set up the conditions it doesn't come up in the options.
When the user presses Yes it's supposed to change the field from hidden to shown as per how you did it at 14:53 ... it's not bringing out the hidden field as an option for me.

Under Settings -> Acknowledgements and Redirects -> if you check rich text for the thank you page the field labels will appear to further customize the message. In this case first name would be ${zf:Name.First}
