I am an Ecamm Live user since the pandemic and it made my online classroom a HUGE HIT for my students in keeping them engaged during my math lectures. Special shout out to you, LURIA for sharing your passion in elevating streaming not just for professionals but for educators like me-- you made me stand out every time I present online during my webinars and online workshop. I am now an advocate of Ecamm Live and I am sharing your magic to all the educators I get to influenced from my contents-- YOU ROCK!
I'm so glad this was helpful for you! 🎉 Hope that maybe you'll be able to stop by and say hey during one of our live streams someday! (Friday at 10:00am PT) 🙂
This is great, I really enjoy your channel. Your energy is infectious. keep it up. I’ve been using ECAM for a little while now and like it I’m also looking at Riverside for a one solution versus going back-and-forth between two products. Any thoughts? I really want to be able to host Podcasts with people who are not in the same space that I am if that helps again great keep it up.

I'm looking for something that will take in camera and audio of a live speaker and their powerpoint presentation running in a separate window. Can this do that?
When will Ecamm Live implement video delay so I can match my cameras in a live stream. I have a mix of cameras and as much as 5 frames difference in timing on capture. Then add Ndi in and you have more. Running them through OBS before getting to Ecamm seems a bit hokey.
I am in doubt. Should i quit using Descript for my videos (just begun) and shift to Ecamm or will I miss out on the transcription features and localized recording in interviews. In interviews, is the quality dependent on the bandwith quality or like Descript, does it record locally on each ?
If you aren't looking to livestream, then you can stick with Descript. If you do decide to start live streaming, you can use something like Ecamm (Mac), vMix (PC), or Streamyard. Just make sure to also create a local recording at the same time (or download from wherever you live stream to) and then you can edit a copy in Descript to repurpose your content elsewhere!
@@LiveStreamingPros Since i am not streaming, it seems like sticking to Descript is the best choice for podcasting (video and audio). Thanks for answer 🙂
I'm an middle-aged adult musician and wanting something more plain, ordinary and sober than this. Simple, quieter, not so colourful. Just straightforward yet flexible and adaptable. Logitech Capture no longer works on Mac. OBS doesn't enable me to change camera settings on Mac. Does anyone know of another platform/program that does the trick without all the hoo-hah?

Great video! So to confirm, you use ecamm to create a pre-recorded video that you can record, edit and then upload?
Yes, Luria records videos like this one using Ecamm, and then either myself or another editor edits the footage in Premiere Pro.
Yes I do! 👍

Either are great podcast options! I highly recommend trying both using the free trials to see which one fits best with your workflow.
Great information 🤙🏾

It can yes!! If you want us to walk you through step by step how to set that up feel free to book a consult here - livestreamingpros.com/services
Abbey the Chihuahua is so cute! Thank you for this energetic and informative video!
😍
Can you broadcast Ecamm live from your own website? Would I need a third party app to do this like Restream ?
Yes, you would need to embed the stream from a third party service like Restream, TH-cam, or Vimeo.
@@PaulDixon thank you for the quick reply!
So is OBS bad for MacOS?
Not bad at all, it just requires more work to get all the functionality that is built into a tool like Ecamm (Mac) or vMix (PC).

We didn't have any visibility into their roadmap. But you can go ahead and contact their support with your idea!
Thanks
No problem!

Would have been nice if you asked poor Abbey at least one question in that interview!!!
Her agent only approved her for on camera time that day. 😁
Best wishes for you
Thanks so much!

You don't have to add the "extras" live overlays, chat, etc. - those are just options.
I already know it’s Called ECAMM!!!!!
😁
1st!🎉❤
I was first actually lol
😁
😉
Just say no to rental-ware.
The good news is, there are other options for people who prefer them!
I hate the subscription models. This needs to end.
Good luck trying to go off the grid! Lol
It's a pretty popular trend right now.
Is this compatible with Sonoma 14
Yes, it works fine on Sonoma and even the beta version of Sequoia.
@@PaulDixon thank you ☺️
