One of the best comedic complaint letters written to Branson about his Virgin Airline on a 10 hour flight from a passenger going from Mumbai to Heathrow is on “Letters Live” on TH-cam and Google…the letter really sinks the boot in about the food and everything else the passenger can think of….it’s hilarious..but the letter did get Brandon’s attention sitting on top of his empire and he rang Oliver back….Oliver even supplied photos of the unappetising food and ask …”How can you live like this?”
