Meditative and mesmeric - these are the qualities of Mahesha Ram ji’s music. Unhurried and not in an eager rush to please the public, Mahesha Ram ji slows you down, and compels you to step into his rhythm. He belongs to Chhatangadh village near Jaisalmer in Rajasthan, and represents the folk style of the Meghwal community, who are the traditional carriers of the poetry of many bhakti poets including Kabir, keeping it alive through a powerful oral tradition.

Mahesha Ram ji sang this song along with Bhage Khan and the rest of his troupe in Momasar village on the first night of the Rajasthan Kabir Yatra, a week-long travelling festival which toured 7 villages with 13 singers of Bhakti, Sufi and Baul poetry in February 2012. The Yatra was organised by Lokayan in Bikaner (www.lokayan.org) in partnership with the Kabir Project, Bangalore.

आरपीएससी पेपर लीक मामले में जयपुर समेत पूरे प्रदेशभर में कार्रवाई जारी है. आज राजस्थान पुलिस की विशेष टीम ने पेपर लीक मामले से जुड़े इंटरनेशनल गिरोह के सरगना पर जयपुर में ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई की है. यहां पढ़ें पूरा अपडेट.
राजस्थान में आरपीएससी पेपर लीक की घटना के बाद हड़कंप मचा हुआ है, जयपुर में पेपर लीक करने वाले गिरोह पर कार्रवाई जारी है. इसबार गहलोत सरकार ने इंटरनेशनल गैंग के सरगना पर नकैल कसी है. जयपुर के कई ठिकानों पर छपामार कार्रवाई की जा रही है. इस दौरान फर्जी डिग्रियों के मिलने की भी खबर है.
राजस्थान आरपीएससी पेपर लीक मामले में अब तक की सबसे बड़ी कार्रवाई की खबर आ रही है, यह कार्रवाई जारी है जयपुर में, इस बार गहलोत सरकार ने पेपर लीक करने वाले गैंग के जड़ पर प्रहार किया है, सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार अंतरराज्यीय गैंग के मुख्य सरगना के यहां से बड़ी संख्या में फर्जी डिग्रियां बरामद की गई है.
गिरोह के सरगना भूपेन्द्र सारण की पत्नी उसके भाई की पत्नी व प्रेमिका सहित छः आरोपी गिरफ्तार किए गए हैं. गिरोह से राजस्थान सहित कई राज्यों के विश्वविद्यालयों और कॉलेजों की चार दर्जन से अधिक फर्जी डिग्रियां और मार्कशीट्स बरामद हुई हैं. मास्टर माइंड ने बहुत से विश्वविद्यालयों और कॉलेजों की फर्जी डिग्रियां, सर्टिफिकेट को अलग-अलग स्थानों पर रखा था छुपाकर करणी विहार और मानसरोवर थाना इलाकों में दबिश देकर हुई गिरफ्तारी और बरामदगी की गई है.
इस कार्रवाई के बाद जयपुर समेत राज्य के अधिकांश जिलो में हड़कंप मच गया है. क्योंकि पेपर लीक के मामले के बाद अब फर्जी डिग्री का मामला भी राजस्थान में जोर पकड़ रहा है. क्योंकि इस कार्रवाई के बाद फर्जी डिग्री लेकर सरकारी नौकरी करने वालों की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती है
मैने यह भजन अलग अलग कलाकारों से सुना और इसके अलावा भी बहुत सुने हैं लेकिन महेशाराम जी जैसी सुरीली आवाज किसी की नहीं हैं 🙏🫡
