  • This kiln unloading was mostly good! I had a problem with some homemade stilts and cut myself a tiny bit, but I'm really happy with most of the pots =).

    LOVE THESE!! So creative and the glazing is awesome as well. I’d love to know what glazes you’re using. Unfortunately I haven’t found any stilt pins that go to a cone 5 1/2 6! It’s soo annoying. I have found that the less something weighs the less chance of the pins giving out. Live the orbs! I only handbuild and slipcast so I don’t know how I could put the points on my pots. I cut myself while loading my glaze kiln last week and I was soo afraid I got blood on my pieces! If you do the blood will turn brown on the pot because of the iron in your blood. Thankfully I didn’t but I do keep several bandaids in my kiln shed.
