Yildiz wins, such an incredible amount of gun for the money, and features you would ordinarily have to pay many times more for! And perhaps most importantly of all, being steel ready, the yildiz is future proof for the lead ban apocalypse! Nice one lads enjoyed this.
Browning 525. I think for anyone who's just starting out it's the perfect all rounder. Pick one up for £750 Shoot it for 5 years Sell it for £750 👍. What's not to love
Miroku 3800 all day in that test, the yildiz is a decent gun no doubt, but for me it's not just pulling the trigger, it's cleaning it, pride of ownership, i'm smiling everytime that 3800 comes out a slip
It’s got to be that Mossberg 940 Pro Semi Auto Not the most elegant by any means and probably wouldn’t shoot a semi auto but it was just so robust and definitely gets the job done. Liked the full corrosion protection. Loved this series and would love to see you guys at the shooting show!
For the ticket I’ve just started shooting clays at 70+ years ! And shoot at Purbeck so it was like looking in my back garden! Best gun of the day has to be the Browning (I shoot a 325😂) kind regards from deepest Dorset 👍
Yildiz for me please. Being only a year into having a shotgun certificate, I like the peace of mind of a brand new gun, warranty and all the features that comes with it
I had £1000 to spend on my first gun. Looked at a yildiz, a few brownings, mirokus and atas. Bought the miroku 3800. No regrets at all. Fantastic gun that's nearly as old as me.
yildiz for the win all day. It's a brand new gun with a 5 year warranty. By far the wisest choice and very versatile with the adjustable comb. No brainer versus the other 2.
My favourite would be the Browning Maxus 2 apart from the camo finish! Never owned a semi auto by I’m tempted by that one and it would sit well in the cabinet next to my 725. See you at the Show.
I shoot my new Browning Silver very well , but I do miss my old Browning B-80. The semi hump receiver won me over after shooting the B-80 for 45 yrs. Both guns are in 12 gauge. I'm now looking at the Browning Silver in 20 gauge for upland game, Ruffed Grouse and the 20 gauge I believe is a perfect match. Love your show and sometimes watch ones I've seen before. Great info and learning about British Quality is beautiful so there is a huge difference with shotgun builds. Can you come to Canada to do some reviews. Christian Bird , Elliot Lake Ontario Canada
For many years, I have used a Yildiz 28 bore, for both game and clay, it was absolutely amazing and only £450. However, my favourite from this video is the Miroku 3800 because it's robust and sleek with the nice wood on the stock. Shoots well also.
Yildiz for me - steel proofed, no hidden history and a 5yr warranty is a no brainier. Great video, first of this series I’ve watched, will go back and watch the others now. Especially enjoyed the look through someone else’s collection - it would be interesting to see how I justified some of mine in the same way..!
I would pick the 525, absolute belter of a gun, So much so I own two! An Xs pro and a fixed choke Crown. Using them both is like putting on an old pair of shoes!
Here in the USA, porting is extremely popular, and for 1 reason. Our cartridges are so bad that we'll do anything to reduce felt recoil by even the slightest amount! Wish we could get Hull here
Favourite of the three has to be the Miroku 3800, as I bought one for my first shotgun for the grand total of £450 and it’s absolutely fantastic! Keep up the great work and awesome content as always guys 👍🏻
I really like the Blaser F3. It’s what I took my first lesson with and my first experience and it got me hooked on shooting. For that reason alone, it’s my favourite!
Out of the three sub thousand pound guns the 525 Is my favorite. But that French scoped gun at the end has a certain US hold me beer essence about it that just cant be beeten.
Favourite from this video obviously the French side by side with a scope on because it did what shooting should do and instantly put a smile on your faces. I bought a browning gti ultra for £750 that and absolutely love it.
I’m french and when i was a child my dad had a canardiere like this one (10 magnum). He could shoot ducks from a long distance with it. (Without the scope) Great souvenirs
Yildiz by far. At least in the U.S. they are very under rated. Most people having never heard of them. For the money it's the best (new). Personally a citori/superposed fan I'd go that route first but my beater 28ga is a yildiz and it's the 2nd most used gun. 2nd only to my Guerini.
Love that your reviews and challenges are useful and entertaining. How about doing Mid calibre rifles for under £500? Scopes for under £500? 20g for under £1500? Just a thought.
Ooooh, tricky ! Normally I'd have to go with the 525 - but the 'go-faster' bits just put me off. The Yildiz is the sensible choice and superb value. However, I'm a sucker for traditional quality and the Miroku has it in spades - the 3800 gets my vote. Love to try the F3 ! Glad I won't be trying that French thing .... 🧐
I borrowed a blaser f3 and shot 24/25 on skeet and it suprised me with low recoil, not sure if its worth $13,500au though. Also tried a caesar invictus and it was heavier on recoil. Now i need to get my hands on a Dt11 and k80 before making a decision.
Bought our tickets already 😢but I’m favouring the Yildiz for the price, adjustments and steel ready. Also no1 son has one in 28b and shoots as good as anyone on end of season keeper’s day 👊🏼
Ya'll need to do a video on the Browning A5 sweet 16. My Grandfather was born in 1900 he was a quail and pheasant hunter his whole life. He introduced me to shotgun hunting for quail and dove. When I was a young lad I lost him. he gave me His 1929 Belgian A5 sweet 16. I rarely shoot it because unlike my grand da i love bolt action rifles and Deer and Elk hunting more than birds. But as of late i have gotten into Trap shooting. I found your channel and have watched a lot and have purchased a few over under and single shot. but none feel as good as my Grand Da's sweet sixteen
Yildiz for me I am afraid, not necessarily without regret but looking to the future I think knowing that you can stick any steel load through it makes it an easy choice. I do like standard 525s but not being a gunsmith I really wouldn't want to be buying potential problems. Doesn't mean that I won't trawl Holts (and the other auctioneers) for bargain 525s.
That Browning 525 has to be the best value wimmer. I agree about the F3 , it's just different. My one is so old it can't even take barrel weights , but it was extremely cheap for a F3.
525 all the way… the second time this week I’ve preached about it. Can’t go wrong… obviously one with less holes in it than Swiss cheese will be slightly better but 10 cool points for the porting and cracked stock.
I like the 525 as it is the first gun i got and i love shooting it I have a couple guns now and they all cost more but the 525 will always be my favourite as it is then gun that got me into everything
Has to be Mike’s Yildiz. Brand new, adjustable stock, 5 years warranty and £900 ! How can you go wrong on a cheap gun. Obviously there was a Browning, but still the Yildiz.
@@karvast5726 cant argue that it is cheap, ( brand new £900 it’s little brother £600) but as a brand new gun with 5 years warranty you could buy two and still be quids in. I agree, if you have £3k or £5k go for a brand new bigger name. It’s your money spend it where you like and what makes you feel good. Both will break clays and kill game!
browning 525 is the best allrounder shame about the crack and it falling off the buggy, only if they could drive as well as they can shoot, mirikou is a beauty though
I'd like to say the yildiz to support Mike, because he's 5'6" and you pick on him..lol..come on the small men.. but the Miroku would tempt me to buy...
It’s got to be the miroku 3800, your getting a quality well made gun that just works and feels nice. The Yildiz ticks all the boxes but it’s still a Yildiz perfect if you want a gun with warranty and all the bells and whistles, but probably not a keeper. The browning 525 is a classic, but your 525 was just plain ugly!!
Picked up a browning gts recently for under a grand for clays and it’s great. This seasons best has to be the 525 even with it’s cracked stock and holy barrels ❤ Down south next weekend so hopefully get to the British shooting show for a day 🤞 🏴 Loving the content as always
The Yildiz with a five year warranty no question- BARGAIN!!!! Steel Proof
In this episode its got to be the miroku, classic gun.
For the series it's Ryan's M3, we need to see more of that 😍
Michael identifies as a chair leg 😂 and it’s always a pleasure to see Ryan on his knees 😉 Brilliant video, see you at the show.
Pick one up for £750
Shoot it for 5 years
Sell it for £750 👍.
What's not to love
I thought the Miroku 3800, yes it’s older but offers good value and had proven longevity.
Favourite has to be the Yildiz, a new gun with adjustable comb, steel proof and extended chokes for under £1000.
Miroku 3800 all day in that test, the yildiz is a decent gun no doubt, but for me it's not just pulling the trigger, it's cleaning it, pride of ownership, i'm smiling everytime that 3800 comes out a slip
I would have to say the Miroku. Can’t wait for the Shooting Show. See you there!
Love the miroku 3800!!! There’s no school like the old school and that’s the headmaster!
I would like to see you review one of the old SKB' that were imported by Ithaca.
It’s got to be that Mossberg 940 Pro Semi Auto
Not the most elegant by any means and probably wouldn’t shoot a semi auto but it was just so robust and definitely gets the job done. Liked the full corrosion protection. Loved this series and would love to see you guys at the shooting show!

The Miroku 3800 would be my favorite. Great video gents, shooting with friends always makes it fun.
God I would Love to see that shot show but impossible seeing in Southwest Michigan Cheers to the Trio in this video
Favourite gun, It's gotta be the Miroku 3800. It's just one gun you've gotta have in your gun cabinet!
yildiz for the win all day. It's a brand new gun with a 5 year warranty. By far the wisest choice and very versatile with the adjustable comb. No brainer versus the other 2.
Got to be the 525 for me, holds its own and can still put perform a good portion of the market for its type!
My favourite would be the Browning Maxus 2 apart from the camo finish! Never owned a semi auto by I’m tempted by that one and it would sit well in the cabinet next to my 725. See you at the Show.

Would love to try all three but the browning at that price is mega! Great video as usual chaps!
I think the Miroku is the one I'd pick from those 3.
For many years, I have used a Yildiz 28 bore, for both game and clay, it was absolutely amazing and only £450. However, my favourite from this video is the Miroku 3800 because it's robust and sleek with the nice wood on the stock. Shoots well also.

I entirely agree but I went with an ATA Supersport for the same reasons.
So did I - awesome gun - I absolutely love it!
Has to be the Browning, great handling gun. The Blaser looks great. Great video, thanks
My favourite gun that you kinda reviewed but not really has got to be the scoped shotgun I love strange stuff too
I would pick the 525, absolute belter of a gun, So much so I own two! An Xs pro and a fixed choke Crown. Using them both is like putting on an old pair of shoes!
Brand new gun at £900 - you'd have to choose the Yildiz. Great value for someone starting out and would last for years 👍
The Miroku is the one I like the most, I have several Brownings and would like to find a Miroku for that price around here.
Yildiz I own 12 and 20 both adjustable great value and never missed a beat. Keep it going great to watch
My favourite from the video is the yildiz, can’t go wrong for the price
Fairly new to shooting and love your videos definitely helped during the season , my favourite got to be that browning , beautiful gun !
Browning 525, my first over and under and still love it :)
Here in the USA, porting is extremely popular, and for 1 reason. Our cartridges are so bad that we'll do anything to reduce felt recoil by even the slightest amount! Wish we could get Hull here

I’d say the yildiz. I swapped my 525sl for a yildiz pro sport adjustable and I love it.
Browning definitely. Brilliant and well composed video jonny 👍👍
The 525 is just a classic so takes the win for me. And it managed all that with a cracked stock!
As I own a few browning guns, and my 525 was my first, I feel my favourite has to be the browning 525
The meroku has to be my favourite. Classic looks and standard reliability!
I really like the Blaser F3. It’s what I took my first lesson with and my first experience and it got me hooked on shooting. For that reason alone, it’s my favourite!

Big Mike loved this comment and chose you as his WINNER. Get in touch over on our Instagram page and we will sort your tickets out 😄
Love the Yildiz, such quality for the money with a great warranty
love the 525! Great content once again.
Great video! For me it has to be the Yildiz, I shoot a pro black myself and get on with it so well!
Loved it johnny .Boys and their Toys .Malc and Ann xx
Yildiz by far. At least in the U.S. they are very under rated. Most people having never heard of them. For the money it's the best (new). Personally a citori/superposed fan I'd go that route first but my beater 28ga is a yildiz and it's the 2nd most used gun. 2nd only to my Guerini.
Just love these gun reviews. Great video lads for me. It’s to Browning 525 . See you all next week at the British shooting show. 👌👏
Always a great vid !
Thanks for sharing . . .
Beretta 682 gold e was a great review, perhaps lm biased as I have two ! Keep up the great work.
Love that your reviews and challenges are useful and entertaining.
How about doing
Mid calibre rifles for under £500?
Scopes for under £500?
20g for under £1500?
Just a thought.
Being a browning owner its got to be the browning especially shooting with a cracked stock.
I would say the Miroku, I love older guns, personally I shoot an SO2 and an SO4
Will have to say Browning 525, as I have that gun!
Has to be the miroku 3800, good price and a cracking shotgun
I have to go for YILDIZ, 5 years warranty , steel shot proof , cannot go wrong with that bad boy .
That Miroku was the most aesthetically pleasing - it gets my vote!
Would defo chose the Miroku, absolutely awesome gun!
The687EELL is my favourite gun that you have covered 👍
If they can, they should try to hit clays with a gamo viper express. A better air gun for possibly hitting clays than the last one they tried.
I borrowed a blaser f3 and shot 24/25 on skeet and it suprised me with low recoil, not sure if its worth $13,500au though. Also tried a caesar invictus and it was heavier on recoil. Now i need to get my hands on a Dt11 and k80 before making a decision.

Gotta be the brand spankers gat with a 5 year warranty! As an entry level shooter the fewer things to worry about the better!
The Browning 525 for me, even with a knackered stock
For me the Miroku 3800 😁 great work guys really enjoying the new show 😁
AYAs are always a good shout if you are after a side by side.
I'm brand new. I've never shot any of the three, but I'm always told miroku are champion guns at that price.
My favourite is the Krieghoff K80, let me know when you send the tickets I’ll make sure someone is in to sign for them…
Cracking episode. That French gun is ridiculous 😂
I would lean toward the Yildiz thanks to the price and the warranty. Have you considered including the Hungarian FEG 299 Continental in a video?
My favourite from the video is the mirouki 3800 classic 👌
I like the 525 as it is the first gun i got and i love shooting it I have a couple guns now and they all cost more but the 525 will always be my favourite as it is then gun that got me into everything
Great videos guys really enjoying them! My choice of gun would be the Miroku 3800. Looking forward to the next video. 👍🏼
I like the beretta 694, but today i like the Yildiz on the video today
My pick would be the 3800, can't beat a Miroku!
Lanber Sporting 97 as far as a budget sporter goes. I’ve had mine since 1994 and it’s still up there as one of my favorites.
You might find a used Browning for under $1200 in the USA.
But it would look like it had been dragged down ten miles of gravel road.
That is 1130 Euros for most Europeans. Exceptional cinematography again for the fellowship of the swing. Pun intented 100%. Well done.
I wish I could find a Browning 525 for sub $1000... They seem to be $2500 and up over here on the other side of the pond.
My favourite gun from this review would have to be the Miroku 3800. A quality classic.
Favourite gun from The Gun Review is the Boss OU (Ep.4)
Jonny loved this comment and chose you as his WINNER. Get in touch over on our Instagram page and we will sort your tickets out 😄
I’d be interested in your opinion of the stevens 555e vs yildiz of the same price.
The Yildiz gives you so much for the money, thats really hard to beat... and new 5 years warranty............
Has to be Mike’s Yildiz. Brand new, adjustable stock, 5 years warranty and £900 ! How can you go wrong on a cheap gun. Obviously there was a Browning, but still the Yildiz.
I had one of these in hand and it feels cheap, went with a used miroku instead, for clays i want something rock solid, not a pot metal cast action
@@karvast5726 cant argue that it is cheap, ( brand new £900 it’s little brother £600) but as a brand new gun with 5 years warranty you could buy two and still be quids in. Hello TGS, my favourite gun is my original Frenchie diamond 'hand-made'

Miroku 3800, just a classic
I think the Miroku 3800 is the best in the video, im seriously considering getting one,
Caesar guerini invictus 3 is my favourite. Big fan of CG.
Got to be the 525…..Browning man everyday of the week
