    I didn't know they were so connected! I have Generalized Anxiety, and since I was a kid I've had certain experiences that made me think I had some level of OCD (in the very pop culture kind of way). Knowing the similarities and differences makes it all make SO much sense, and (ironically) makes me feel more secure with my diagnosis. Thank you so much!!!!

    Everything seems to be interconnected for the most part. I really believe anxiety, OCD, and depression can be helpful if used against themselves. I had GAD and MDD for a while, mindfulness meditation helped me along with some therapy techniques. I used books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels to learn some mindfulness exercises.

    Really helpful explanation. I always thought I had anxiety but I relate heavily to the ocd cycle. Strange
