According to the actor who played the priest, when they are going to shoot the last scene 'which is the girl apologising' the director ask almost all of the crew to go outside the venue leaving only the director, the two actor and camera men, the director instructed the two to just say whatever they want to each other genuinely since they didn't have any proper closure in real life when they broke up. There's no script to be memorized there and all of the lines was adlibs. I think the reason why this hits so hard because we can feel the pain of these two, they are not acting, they are broadcasting their own life using this music video.

BACKGROUND STORY:
They used to be a couple. Then the girl was linked to another actor. They denied all issues but later on, Joshua and Julia broke up. A year later, this video came out--which serves as their closure. But after they released this, THE GUY (Gerald Anderson) THAT WAS LINKED TO JULIA CONFIRMED THEIR RELATIONSHIP.

The actors on that music video happens to be a couple for a long time before they broke up. It took them one year to see each other and agreed to do music video and it also became their CLOSURE SONG. When I first saw this video I cried, I really couldn't explain the pain so much, that I felt like I had lost myself for a second, minute and hour. That even if you’ve poured everything for him/her is still not enough. But maybe that's just the way it is because no matter how hard you try or squeeze yourself into someone if he/she really doesn't want you talagang talo ka. Learn from it. Move forward. And accept everything no matter what.
I felt sad about Joshua and Julia, Joshua don't deserve Julia he deserves someone else. Joshua is a good person though, he just let Julia free and be happy with someone else. I wish I'll have a boyfriend someday like Joshua. :)
