Na it's not useless I been playing it in 9k more a 4/5 though. It's all about the cd reduction which works for people you morph too. It's definently only good in certain games but it's fun
The downside is too much for 5k and below to handle. Im archon and this build is quite the hassle for me 😂. Hard to lasthit and wrong timing while switching ult gonna get u cooked.

If your CD is so short, you are NOT going to be right clicking because you are going to be spamming spells. If you are just going to build attack speed and right click then why arent you just using the Agility Facet? You really need to understand morphling to understand why it is a terrible idea to go strength morph and build attack speed. Even if you were to go such build, Mjolnir+Assault Cuirass is NOT enough attack speed. The attack speed on a full strength morph is really bad. The whole point is to use the high damage to win laning phase then proceed to build CDR and morph+spam constantly.
