    I am super excited to try this. I think I will do 5ml maple syrup and 10ml water for the pearls, and probably add some blended banana to the chocolate one & blended blueberries to the butterfly pea flower one.

    Is there a way to make a large batch of pearls and store them in a way that won't destroy them?

      Don't cook all our pearls at once, you can store uncooked pearls in a freezer for Up to around 3 months, maybe more I'm not sure, or also in the fridge

      Its been 5 months BUT I recommend freezing your boba and then to get them to regular, pour them in boiling water until they soften again. I put them in the freezer without syrup because of the boiling process

    Can I use xanthin gum instead of tapioca?
    I’m kinda sensitive to tapioca right now & i have to watch my carbz & starchez, due to health issuez. 🙂
