Can try my mum's version, which my siblings n me ate it quite often when we're teenagers.She just left us last year at age of 106.
She used d 10% ripened papaya n fried it with seasoned minced meat, dried prawns n tanghoon with some parsley thrown in at d end of d cooking.
The papaya tt u're using is similar in size to what I've n it's still hanging on d tree, but 'sayang' to pluck it now n cook green. Prefer v much to wait until it ripens then cut and share it among my siblings 'coz it tastes v sweet n has an unique smell.
