    OMG! After watching this video" I will NOT IN YOUR WILDEST DREAMS install a cable box that pushes technology back 10 years and is THAT difficult to install-wtf is SPECTRUM doing? Chasing cable customers away for some unforseen reason??

    My box doesn’t move on pass the stick around 3 dots screen. What should I do to fix it?

    This is 2023. Time to get rid of the coax. Comcast hasn’t used a coax for years now. I absolutely hate spectrum and never thought I’d say I miss comcast as much as I do.

    How do i reset it? I have one now and its stuck on a blue screen saying “ not tunable “

      Most of the. Time you can unplug while it’s on count to 10 then plug it back most situations it will clear the memory of the box

    I don't like it. I don't like the interface. It's not intuitive. It lacks features that the old box had. It takes pressing 2 or 3 buttons for some functions when the old one just required one button. I don't like the remote that it comes with. And I certainly don't like the fact that it doesn't have a display with a clock.

    I seem to have a problem that uh the person who owns the email is on vacation and we currently have no access to it. It says to activate it and it says activated on the website but the tv still says to activate it. Please respond as soon as possible so i can resolve this problem.

      I had this issue a while back spectrum told me and my family we needed a cable box upgrade we bought a roku

    No help at all, u talk too slow and too much waiting around i hope ur not doing anymore tutorials, information almost completely irrelevant and didnt even show how to set up properly. Shameful
