Uploaded by popular demand! Family Matters superstar Steve Urkel travels across TV dimensions to make an appearance on Full House. What happens next? Let's watch!
I love that Steve isn't insulted or insecure when Jesse tells him he's walking wrong; he legitimately takes the criticism as help. I could learn from that.
Henry Barnill I wouldn't exactly classify Boy Meets World as being in the same universe as Full House. On Boy Meets World, Full House as mentioned as a TV show several times in the first season of BMW. I'm guessing that the writers lost track of this
Henry Barnill They can't all take place in the same universe since it was mentioned on Boy Meets World that Full House is a TV show in their universe. That's an inconsistency in the whole web of crossovers.
Steve was such a pure and direct soul, he always showed a proper attitude, happy go lucky and was open to criticism. There will never be another decade like the 90's or 80's for that matter.
People don't realize how much better race relations were in the 80s and early 90s. When you had positive role models on TV and you never even thought about the race of the people you were watching.

@Nevin Reid That's my point. The show is about the Winslow family; It wasn't their original intention for Steve to be a major character in the show. He was just suppose to appear in one show as this kid that's obsessed with Laura; however, the ratings went high on that episode, and he eventually became the face of the show.
***** They're should of been a lot of crossovers.. Full House/Saved by the Bell Fresh Prince/Saved by the Bell Boy Meets World/Saved by the Bell Boy Meets World/Smart Guy Married with children/Unhappily ever after...
Alladin Batman I remember in one episode of family matters urkle mentioned he had a friend name Cory Matthews in Philadelphia, so I'm guessing that was sort of cross reference to boy meets world

This is so awesome. They really should of done more crossovers with full house. I love family matters and full house. This would of been so great if they would of made a special with these 2 shows
This might sound insane but if it was possible I would've loved to see crossover with Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Family Matters, Full House, and Saved By The Bell where they're at either a nationals wrestling competition or they all went to a beach club and interacted for like 4 or 5 episodes
@@richardperaza5083 I was with you until you said a crossover with full house and saved by the bell. I do however agree with you but im just not feeling the idea cause saved by the bell wasnt really my show. I wouldnt mind seeing a full house golden girls crossover tho lol
This means that the shows Full House, Perfect Strangers, Step By Step, Family Matters, Boy Meets World, Sabrina The Teenage Witch, Clueless, Moesha, The Parkers, The Hughleys, The Game, Girlfriends and Eve are ALL in the same universe as characters crossed over from one show to another in Domino effect with "The Game" being the last of the surviving shows out of everything named here. 1986-2015 is the Universe span of these shows. How cool!
Family matters, boy meets world, moesha, and the parkers are my fav and I still watch then today there just wanted on specific channels like boy meets world is on channel 137 and the game is on 67 stuff like tht
There was an Everybody Loves Raymond and King of Queens crossover, where Ray's parents and brother make an appearance and Ray himself. There were at least a couple King of Queens with Ray. Also Doug appeared on Raymond show as Ray's golf buddy.

The most epic crossover pairing in history that never was: Steve Urkel and Fonzie. Talk about two of the most diametrically opposed beings on the planet. Comedy gold.
I started watching family matters re-runs which I have not watch since the show was on. it had such a good message and good values. we don't have shows like this anymore.
Imagine in the later seasons of Full House if they had Steve return as Stefan Urquelle, and show uncle Jessie how the proper way of being smooth and cool.
Makes me wonder what it would be like if Steve and Kimmy interacted with each other? Heck, I can picture Uncle Jessie secretly saying "I"m actually starting to miss Kimmy right now". After all, those two were so weird, I could see them actually getting along with one another.
And I noticed that Kimmy and Steve had kind of the same exact character, weird and annoying. Plus they always talked about how their parents never wanted them around lmao
Except Kimmy was rude and dumb, no manner and selfish. However Steve is polite , good manner, and smart. Steve is annoying only from outside as the voice and way he walk, but Kimmy's annoyances is from inside out.

Without Urkel, Family Matters would have been like this show, only starring black people. Bland, uninspired and not the least bit funny. He made Family Matters actually watchable. Full House didn't have anyone doing that for them, though. Hmm, maybe Michelle a little bit in the later episodes.
Xylarxcode I agree Urkel carried FM for years, but keep in mind Waldo was great too. And as far as FH is concerned, Joey and Jesse were a great and very underrated comedic duo.
+Xylarxcode Granted I can agree that without Urkel, Family Matters wouldn't have been as great as it is. But it still would have been a good show. The girl who played Laura Winslow is arguably the most beautiful black actress to ever be on a tv series. But to say that Full House is bland, uninspired and not the least bit funny is total BS. It's not any of those things, Danny Tanner was and still is one of the greatest fathers in tv history and he helped his 3 girls learn some value life lessons, DJ was a great big sister to both Stephanie and Michelle and I challenge u to find a cuter baby then baby Michelle on any family show. She was too cute for words as a baby and still remained cute when she got older on the show. Jesse and Joey were 2 of the funniest guys on the whole show. Granted the other members of the family had their funny moments too. But anyway Full House is one of the greatest tv shows in the history of tv. Every kid learned valuable life lessons that grew up watching it and the characters got into a lot of situations one would get into in real life. It was one of the most real shows on tv. Enough said.
Maxx Calin Hmm, I'm not buying it. Considering how much focus FM put on Urkel, I'm pretty sure they knew the show couldn't last without him. It's painfully obvious that he carried that show singlehandedly. Would it still have been a good show without him? Hard to say. Maybe, maybe not. As for Full House. No, it wasn't funny. It got a few chuckles with Michelle once she started wisecracking and pulling pranks in her cutesy, mischievous ways and oneliners, but other then that? Nope. I'm not debating that it's not a good family show. The fact that Danny is a good father and DJ, Stephanie and Michelle are close to each other is all true. But Jesse and Joey were never funny. Particularly Joey, whose cartoonish buffoonery felt out of place and phoned in. A manchild can be funny, when done right (Mr Bean, for example) but it can also backfire hard. Joey backfired, imo. The fact that he and Jesse were so different and often clashed in 'comedic' ways worked for a little bit, but I thought it got tired and repetitive pretty fast. Urkel worked because he slowly grew on the cast. There was friction and dislike towards him in the WInslow home, which allowed for a wider variety of humor. But Joey and Jesse were pretty much accepted right away, so they were stuck repeating the whole 'we're different, but we try to get along' routine. At least, that's what I think. Full House always felt too bland and boring. Nothing ever happened. There was no excitement, no laughter. It felt too wholesome and therefor, boring.
Family Matters and Full House were almost identical. Set looks the same, same company who produced, on at the same time, etc. Obviously some differences, but overall similar.
It's a big mystery why The Fresh Prince of Bel air and Family Matters never had a real crossover. Those two shows are more similar than Full House and Family Matters.
I love that Steve isn't insulted or insecure when Jesse tells him he's walking wrong; he legitimately takes the criticism as help. I could learn from that.

Hmm, I'm not buying it.
Xylarxcode Well then we will just have to agree to disagree cause I don't think it is bland or boring.

Urkelmania was running wild in the 90s.
Family Matters and Full House were almost identical. Set looks the same, same company who produced, on at the same time, etc. Obviously some differences, but overall similar.
even down to the theme song! lol
It's a big mystery why The Fresh Prince of Bel air and Family Matters never had a real crossover. Those two shows are more similar than Full House and Family Matters.
Love Steve urkel. My fav crossover is in step by step. His dance moves in the school prom though.
80s and 90s was wonderful time.
Notice how "Danny" was trying not to laugh when Steve was walking. Great scene
"... quite frankly... you need help!" oh yes he does haha :)
