Here's why I chose these specific sections on the following coasters:
GateKeeper: In the back, left seat, the dive loop is shockingly forceful. In addition, the final roll provides some sick hangtime, making it my favorite inversion on the ride.
Raptor: The two corkscrews are my favorite inversions on the ride, especially in the back row, left edge seat. The amount of whip is exceptional in that seat.
Wild Mouse: One of the only coasters I haven't ridden at that park, so take this with a grain of salt. I just showcased the part of the ride with the fastest pacing.
Blue Streak: Those first two hills are the greatest airtime moments on the ride. They're awesome in any row.
Valravn: Another awesome element in any row, that barrel roll gives some great hangtime.
Iron Dragon: The swingiest part of the swinging ride.
Rougarou: The inclined loop is the most forceful part of the ride and that following twist only adds to the quick pace.
Millennium Force: The first drop is exceptionally incredible with its size and airtime, plus the first overbanked turn gives an awesome punch of g-force.
Corkscrew: Only included the last parts of the airtime hill as the only pleasant airtime moment is in the back row while exiting it. I also like the forces on that vertical loop.
Top Thrill 2: Only rode this when it was Dragster, but that top hat looks better than ever on Top Thrill 2. It's just the speed entering, the quick and apparently strong airtime going over, and the higher seating giving that downward spiral some beloved lateral whip.
Magnum XL-200: I am one of those people who see that final run of airtime hills as extremely strong moments of airtime made for enjoyment.
Gemini (Red): The red side often doesn't have the strongest forces of the two, so I went with that first drop and hop, giving some shocking airtime for the back and front rows respectively.
Gemini (Blue): On the other hand, the blue side benefits from having greater speed coming off of that 2nd turnaround, giving a sharp moment of airtime on the following drop that really sets the pace for the rest of the straightaway.
Wilderness Run: Didn't have the childhood to ride this as Jr. Gemini, so I'm only basing this off the fastest paced moment of the ride.
Woodstock Express: That first helix actually provides an okay punch of g-force.
Cedar Creek Mine Ride: That final helix is laterals galore. You are glued to the side on the whole way down.
Maverick: That beyond vertical drop provides incredible airtime and the following mix of tight turns and even tighter twisting between the rocks gives this ride some incredible pacing.
Steel Vengeance: Those two giant airtime hills give some of the craziest ejector airtime out there. That first hill gives more power, but that outer banked turn contains some incredible consistency for how much power you sustain going through it.

I completely agree with your choice for Valravn. that inversion feels so unhinged

Oh frick, I surprisingly did not. I was primarily inspired by those “Best 10 Seconds From Each Artist’s Songs” videos around the site and wanted to take some of that inspiration towards theme park based content.
With all that said, you have actually inspired me to write explanations on each ride for future videos.
