@@Rukqsi i use the same paint the guy uses in the video it only comes in black or white. You don't have to use high heat paint but it's recommended since pc components get hot
That paint is meant to reduce metal heat surfaces like bbq grills, vehicle exhaust headers, and other hot metal surfaces. It can hold your motherboard temps, no problem.
Yeah this was just a board I had sitting around. I would not suggest this on a board that already looks good, but for a proprietary board this could help improve the design
I still feel something so wrong with the idea of spray painting a motherboard. Honestly, I grit my teeth when you paint the shroud on a video card even tho there's technically nothing wrong with it.

As long as the paint is not conductive you will have zero issues. Congrats on your video.
are there any non-conductive spray paints ??
Same Question! Rubber Coating or am i stupid?🙂
Will it add a layer of insulation meaning it would slightly store heat?
@@modar9524 I do believe so, that is why the CPU cooler wasn't able to dissipate the heat.
I had a bad day but your upload has made it way better!
❤
I've been painting motherboards like this for years and never had an issue
wich color should i use like wich company ?

Polishing the aluminum parts will make the heat obsolete. Painting it counteracts its ability to absorb the heat.
i always wanted to see a budget builds looking gOOOd:)

Hey, can i know if the Mainboard Services until now
Want to consider doing this for green boards. But if it’s already black I think it will look good as is

Yep
You painted the contact area of the stock cooler, that's why it failed.
Oh, no, I missed the part where you covered the copper bit. Sorry. I guess it was barely coping with the chip to begin with.
I’m excited to see the liquid electrical tape experiment!
