Agreed! We didn't even have a blow dry class when I went to school almost 20 years ago. They just assumed we all knew what we were doing. Now my hands and arms get sore quickly. Switching to esthetics very soon to save my body!
My instructor was too busy getting her manicure done.It took the owner of the school to pinpoint where I needed help.If it weren't for his quick intervention I wouldn't be in the industry today.This lady is good and has passion for her industry like me.There needs to be more instructors like this.Not ones who didn't do well in the industry and passed the instructors test just to pass on something they've never done.Great job on the video lessons.Keep up the great work.You're an asset to the industry.

This lady is serious!!! I took all my cosmetology hours in Spanish (yes, here in the US) and my instructor was great. But what a breath fresh of English air to hear it all from someone just as passionate!
I have never considered going to school for cosmetology, mainly because of my anxiety. But you are an amazing teacher. I'm extremely interested in your videos because of your energy and attention to detail. Wish I lived closer, I'd reconsider going to school

I love how she mentioned the front, how picky one is about the crown, which is the main thing I always have a problem with, when someone else does my hair, I love getting the back of my hair blow dryed, but I'm very picky about the front, I just like how I do it better, it's nice that she said she will "consult" with her of how she wants her hair to go in front! NaturallyMeMya just be confident and practice on your mannequin it will help you a lot .on some weekends take it home with you watch the video and practice. I am a Cosmo student too.
