I am wondering with all the rebuilding and the added re-enforcement what is the added extra weight and if you do anything to "beef up" the trailer suspension or frame
We often find that we lose a little weight or it remains the same.

I have to agree, those little things like that step, that light fixture, all those things make life soooooo much more convenient and let’s face it, easier. And I’m all for easier!! Its absolutely beautiful. The family will be thrilled. I’ve always said to my husband if I had a camper/trailer with bunks in it. I would rip them out and make a room. Or just rip out the bottom one, have that floor space and still have a bed! For my grand babies. So I think that room you made is just fabulous! They are gonna be so happy! Enjoyed the video y’all. Really enjoy you two. Have a good one!

You both have great ideas, I'm currently in a 34ft and down sizing (eye roll) to a 24ft - By Choice It is just me - I've been watching for inspiration. I feel like the larger ones I didn't have an issue with, I had all the storage space, but this 24ft.....ZERO storage.

This is our exact trailer, it is super trippy to see the before photos as that’s what ours looks like now, haha. We are brainstorming ways to turn that back bunk room into a triple bunk room for our three boys as we plan on hitting the road next spring/summer full time til we find wherever we want to put down roots, so it was neat to see what you guys did! ❤️

i luv luv you guys, you are so talented, i am having such a hard time with finding studs? yuck i am doing remodel by myself. Bought nice trailer from someone in CA, which then turns out to have soo much water damage. Can't cry over spilled milk, since i have already paid way way too much for this i have to make it work because it will be my tiny house. I watch you guys non stop to get ideas and all the talented people who make the youtube videos, thank you. the cost of taking this to a RV place is crazy and i am on tight budget. So fun times:) Keep posting and THANK YOU

You're a talented team and the work you're doing is lovely. We are currently renovating a travel trailer and one of the most difficult issues we're facing is using quality materials without exceeding the trailer GVWR. Since you're using high-quality materials (real tile/real furniture/nice flooring) I'm wondering how you get around the weight issue? Do you weigh the trailers before/after reno? Thanks for sharing your ideas on this channel.
We often find we go down in weight! We are cautious of the wood we add and the materials we use but have never added more than 300 more pounds to a renovation.
