    Wonderful video. Thank you for sharing! I have a tagine from Morocco and I love it! I can tell the Moroccan chef loves to cook because he smiles throughout the entire video. Chef you represent your country very well. I can not wait to visit Morocco! God Bless you.

    Chef, I so loved your video. Your presentation was well executed. I love how you took the time to explain things, like what potatoes go well with Chicken. I bet you and your wife would be a hit over in California.

      He totally ruins this video. I have no clue what spices were used in the veg tagine. How many times do you need to ask about the quantity of chicken??...he needs to step out of camera and shut up ffs!!

    I don`t understand why the plastic wrap was added before more cooking, then seemed to have disappeared (disintegrated into the dish?).

    • @masonmouisset7392
      @masonmouisset7392 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ginger and turmeric with garlic salt and pepper. A touch of saffron at the end.

    • @saq546
      @saq546 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It looks like cumin. I know from living in Morocco they use cumin when cooking vegetables. However, the video man should list the spices for the veg tagine, especially since he is talking non stop over the chef , so I didn't get all the ingredients except turmeric, salt, ginger powder, and fresh garlic and olive oil.

    That he did everything right except when he added that chemical coloring called Safran it is an insult to Moroccan cooking, we use proper natural Safran in a Tajine cooking and definitely no cling film.

      yeah as a Moroccan that threw me off. I use aluminum foil instead. When you tighten the lid it basically becomes sealed and does the job perfectly.

    I don't believe this recipe has cumin, much to the chef to the left's dismay.
