Abhinandan Lodha has recently started selling villa plots at Dapoli, called Tomorrow s world. This is located at Anjarle beach. Pls help us with your valuable advice whether sea facing plots are safe to buy, particularly, in this case.

Would highly recommend staying away from Lodhas development since they usually avoid showing their land parcels and instead invest in ethical developments like PALOMA.

Sales team told me FSI is 1.7. They had no clue when i asked them if i can construct more than 1.7 on the alloted plot. They kept saying its RERA registered, they ll deliver by Dec 2023
I think all this is common to all builders because if we go in such a detail in any agreement of anything, we won't be able to buy anything 😃😃 anyways it's just my personal opinion.

Then i realized it will take 10+ yrs for that place to be liveable. Big builders are selling the plots for crores. Selling Villa dream like anything and people are going for it. There is not a tea shop to have tea, forget hospital and school. I dropped that idea of buying villa plot there , it is a stupid thought and I realized it

Its for completely noob people who dont know anything about dealing. Moral read and negotiage property agreements before signing. Builder adds things that benefit them but you may ask to add ur points too. I am just 18 have already made 5 property transactions

They succeeded in Dapoli Ratnagiri. Now they got more courage to sell at any exaggerated rate in Neral. Duniya jhukti hai, jhukane wala chahiye.
