Rusty bumper bolt removal and removing tailgate. K5 Blazer

I needed to remove bumpers, doors and tailgate to make room to work on the rusty panels around the doors. When removing old bumpers, you always run into bolts that are too rusty to come apart or too difficult to reach. I want to share how I remove these pesky bolts. What do you use for rust treatment?

I typically use one of these, depending on availability, Rust-Mort or Iron Armor Black Rust Reformer (Harbor Freight)
