Hi. do you know where the button commands are to navigate up and down the website, and tutorials on query commands for better control? Also, the pop-up function slams the image at the top of the page with no personal control - would there be a solution?
Greetings! I might not be of much help on these but here is some information that might be helpful. Navigation Buttons: You can add buttons or links to different sections of your site, typically done by using "anchor links" or "scroll buttons." You can: Select a button element in the editor. Set its link to an anchor point (a specific section of the page). Anchors can be placed at the top of sections so that when the button is clicked, it smoothly scrolls to that section. Look for settings under "Sections" or "Blocks" to manage scrolling behavior. There may be a "smooth scroll" option to control how the page transitions between sections. 2. Query Commands for Better Control The Namecheap builder might not support custom queries natively (as it’s a more visual, drag-and-drop editor), but if you’re familiar with HTML/CSS or custom code injection, you could have better control over behavior. In the builder: Look for an HTML block or custom code section where you can add JavaScript/jQuery for more precise functionality. 3. Pop-up Control Pop-up Positioning: If the pop-up is showing at the top with no control, check the following: There might be a setting within the pop-up element itself for adjusting its position (e.g., center, bottom). Some builders allow you to choose a location or adjust the dimensions and positioning under "Advanced Settings" for each element.
@@wpcupidblog Hi, from checking - yes, anchors would be expected yet there aren't any. The only link area is for text to appear when you hover over a button or for when an image is missing. Also, there is no way to adjust the coordinates of the pop-up from within the pop-up. And the only area for putting code in is a tiny horizontal bar!
Hi. I found the anchor point and it was quite hard to find. I had help from staff and then stumbled across it. But thank you for the help. The navigation now works!
Greetings! Here are some things to try. Check DNS Settings. Make sure that your domain name is correctly pointed to the hosting server's IP address. DNS changes can take some time to propagate, so if you've recently made changes, it might take a while for them to take effect. Another thing to try is to Clear Browser Cache. Sometimes, your browser may be showing you a cached version of the website. Try clearing your browser cache and then revisiting the site.
