This band focus routine is a great promoter for improvement with your posture. Rounding shoulders is a common problem, even people who are in shape struggle with. The first half of this video is a great example of supplementing your pilates workout with a band to help undo some of the damage being done by the modern work and home lifestyles which contribute to rounded shoulders.

Oof! That was HARD! I wasn't expecting that level of difficulty, but stayed with it and feel quite proud of myself. I started the workout with regular resistance loops, but had to drop down to a longer Theraband. Thanks for the challenge!
