I recommend turning off hurt flash. It gives you aim punch, which flinches your aim and makes you miss. It also gets rid of that annoying drum kick noise when you're hit.
Crazy thing is some of these things are patched overtime like some struts and glitches are patched, but in console rust they have slipped a few times and I’ve been able to use them
