Hello friends, today I want to share with you amazing recipe. This healthy and simple recipe anyone can cook at home with family. I highly recommend you to cook this zucchini recipe for kids, they will love it. Zucchini is so delicious and crunchy perfect for dinner.
Ingredients:
12 small zucchini
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
100 gr Vegetable oil to fry
Method of cooking:
Wash and dry zucchini. Trim off the ends and sclice it. In one bowl, beat eggs with pinch of salt and black pepper. Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Dip zucchini into the beaten egg mixture.
Finally, coat it evenly with breadcrumb. Press down to ensure complete coating. Drop the coated zucchini slices into the hot oil. Fry each side 4 minutes or until the coating turns to crispy and golden brown. Finally, it's time to eat zucchini.
