But then I soon realized that this guy really is original and has lots of depth to his persona, character and videos as well. I love that he’s backing the XFL, I love him doing that Ouija board ghost hunting videos/paranormal investigating; I think most wrestling fans would be into that, but I think more than half wanting to get in on the XFL/specially if they can get some names like Tim Tebow Colin Kaepernick that one wide receiver that I was doing so many steroids he was bigger than the linebackers etc. etc. and they need to get some wrestlers in on it!! Then that sport will immediately get another 25% viewership

I keep saying, kayfabe is NOT DEAD. It just needs to be updated to modern standards. Yes the old ways of kayfabe are dead. But people could still build believable works by using social media where the personas behind the characters get into twitter fights and making it look like one wrestler takes things too far to the other wrestler, being too stiff during their match, just for one example.
This is the essence of pro wrestling. When you say to yourself “holy shit this is real” even for a second or two....that’s when you’ve been entertained.
Best thing Lanny was involved with since his Memphis days in my opinion. Shows what 2 guys who are dedicated to their craft can do together. A masterpiece of a match & angle. Tremendous.
