Like some other viewers suggested, Calabar, CRS, Nigeria's carnival is the biggest African street party. Where thousands of locals and international buddies meet to celebrate. December 24th to 28th is the peak of activities like international carnival, African biggest street party, bikers stunt, etc

Hehehe!! There are several spots around Nigeria where you can get authentic suya, whether it's wrapped in old newspapers or not! It all depends on where you are at the time. If you are in Lagos, there's great suya at several spots in Surulere, Ikeja, Victoria Island, Obalende, etc. Be sure to ask someone who knows!

    • @TheDemouchetsREACT

@@TheDemouchetsREACT Tell your host you do not want it too peppery (hot), so they don't get you the type that has the pepper barbequed right in! You can try a little of that one too, see if you can handle the pepper! The one that is barbequedplain, it comes with the yaji-pepper served separately, so you can jdip the suya in, then eat. Or, you can sprinkle the yaji-pepper on!

I beg to differ. It sucks big time. There are tons of small scale restaurants that have much better sea food. Nothing is fresh. They are simply riding on the franchise name. You’ll cuss em out if u try em out in SA. I tried to find excuses for them but Lagos is a coastal region and there’s access to fresh produce so there literarily is none. Pls don’t let them make the mistake of using Ocean Basket as a benchmark. Not only will they never come back to Nigeria, they’ll never come back to Africa. #justsayin #TheTruthIsBitter

I can remember going to more than 10 different houses, then I just pass out, but keep walking because we literally walk overnight at this festive season. It's a No sleeping period in Nigeria.
