Convincing an Atheist is really easy. All you need to do is just show us one piece of GOOD evidence that the god You believe in actually exists and we will believe. I know I would.
About the woman told in this story. Not believing in god or gods because you were physically/mentally abused is not a good reason for not believing. Most atheists like me don’t believe because there’s NOT even one piece of GOOD evidence that any God’s exists. As for people being healed we have 2 problems. One it’s not just Christians who have recovered from physical illness but also atheists who don’t believe and don’t pray plus all the other religions have people who have healed praying to their gods. If Christianity was true then we would only see Christians being healed but we see the same for atheists and other religions. So this is a poor reason to believe in Christianity. Yeah, I know there’s a ton of bad evidence to believe in Christianity just like every other religion but a ton of bad evidence still equals zero GOOD evidence. 2nd reason there’s has never been even one documented case of an amputee ever growing their limb(s) back. If the all powerful god can heal anyone then we should expect to see amputee’s growing back their limbs. Obviously either no gods including the Christian god don’t care about amputees or no gods exist. I could go on and on but you should get the point here if you use logic and reasoning there’s no good evidence to warrant belief in any gods existing other than in the imaginations of the believers.
