Ed , ill try, i really will. I need this very bad. Im tired but i cant rest. I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders. currently im the sole caregiver for my future wife who had a 1 in a million accident, needed 14 surgeries, lost her hand then arm and part of her leg. We have a severely challenged non verbal autistic 8 year old son that needs 24/7 care plus my dads now on hospice. When she had her accident 3 years ago i had no choice but to stop working and become her nurse and the caregiver for both of them. Ive never been more poor but i no longer care about money. I need more strength to keep everything together. My blood pressure has been at "stroke level" for more than 6 months and no medicine is helping. Lately i feel "called" back to Christ. Not wirh words but with a feelings and a desire. (Its taken hours for me to press the arrow and post this. It goes against my upbringing to just say the truth instead of everything is good. )
U can here God's voice by listening, by reading his word, by spending time with the Father and believe that he can't lie. Your welcome in this place Holy spirit.
I want to say if you didn't get an answer immediately, I encourage you to still believe. The first time I asked God a question (11yo) I didn't get an answer that moment. BUT about 3 months later I got the answer delivered by an angel. Stunning! I wasn't raised in church, so I wasn't saved yet. But that heavily influenced how I prayed ... more like talking to God because I had never heard anyone pray. Years later when I was grown and did hear people pray, I thought wow.Have I been doing it wrong all this time. Maybe everything is great in their life. Because they know how to make eloquent prayers. I was having troubles but when I did pray, I did almost aways get an answer. And many times I literally heard God's voice. Eventually I became baffled as I learned that most people didn't really hear from the lord. They just put forth their prayers and hoped. But the difference was (Similar to cessation, they just didn't believe it was possible to hear God's voice. And they believed it was a sin to ask or expect. That it was "tempting God", which Jesus said not to do. And they believed, if I thought I had ever heard God's voice that i was either confused or I deceived by an unclean spirit ... Or just lying - which they could see I was serious - so they settled on confused.)
Yea that’s right. It took me years of silence to get through to what I use now. It’s a joy to see people hear from God so simply using this method. I wish I had this 20 years ago!! Ed

I would like to say I am saved. I love the LORD JESUS CHRIST MORE THAN YOU CAN IMAGINE. HE IS THE FIRST THING I think about when I wake up. I pray often during the day, and read the BIBLE just about everyday. I believe in him so much. So, do you have any more suggestions? Also I do the LORD'S COMMANDMENTS to the best of my ability.
@cynthiastillman8831 First, you have to 100% believe you can do nothing apart from God. That you can never be righteous in God's eyes on your own. Because you can't, no one can. But that you believe that you are covered in the precious blood of the lamb. And that you inherit His righteousness as your own. And that you are seated in the heavenly places with Him. You have access to the Father because of His Son. And His Son alone. Seek Him with your whole heart. Jesus said My sheep hear My voice. And when you start from this place, you will hear His voice. Sometimes, it sounds like your own thought in your head. As it's your spirit repeating His answer. Know it's spirit to Spirit communication. Sometimes, it's a clear man's voice. He knows your heart and He knows your thoughts. He knows what your really after. Say, "Lord I just want a real relationship with you. With my heavenly Father and my Lord and Savior" and when you say this, mean it.

Most times, it’s the still, small, quiet voice inside us that he uses to speak, like he did with Elijah. That’s why it’s important to get quiet, and away from distractions so we can hear him clearly. Holy Spirit directs our thoughts to hear his. It’s also important to have a good, solid “band of brothers,“ or community around us, to help us stay on track. Keep listening! He loves to talk with you!

This confirms that there needs to be one really important healing that not many people talk about just when God heals us of it our lives are changed for the better. That healing is all those unresolved hurts and trauma from childhood. I find myself lately praying that God heals me from unresolved hurts and traumas endured since childhood that are affecting me in my adulthood.

I've heard of God's voice before when I told another little girl that I was an atheist he said very loudly "No you're not!" I looked around to see who all heard. But after this video there is an ad from my mailbox on my floor that says I'm never alone! It's a Life alert ad, but still, too funny!
I left a bible study when I was about 30.and it hit me Jesus is Alive. I looked over to the passenger seat and felt as if Jesus was sitting there. I was filled with such joy and it lasted about a year. Another encounter I heard God. i was in my car about to go in and give my housekeeper $200. For her new baby. I just prayed and God said no, $500. So that is what I did. The last time i Was standing with my husband in mass and I heard a loud voice in the back of the church Say. TRUST ME MORE. I turned around to look- no one there and I asked my husband if he heard a man yell/call loudly from the back and he said NO. TRUST has been an issue of mine. I do love God and Jesus. When I have Joy or when I am not trusting. We are not alone and what Jesus did on the Cross for us shows a love I can barely comprehend. God ,Jesus ,and the H S are soooogood . If nonbelievers could just believeand open to them they would realize Jesus is alive to be with them and it is so wonderful.

I was one day sited with a colleague, meditating on God give me all of you take all of me, while playing chess. Then he came up of a story of what another colleague was saying, he said you know what we should be just working, so so said that there people that are power angry. As I listened and continued meditating, I heard the spirit speak the portion of psalm 23" He prepares a table for you in the midst of your enemies. Later on there was a promotion advert the very same colleagues reached out to me to tell me that I should give it a shot. To the glory of God I got promoted. God speaks and his language is in the bible. Wen he speaks it brings peace and joy.
1 Relax! 2 Just get your bible open and 3 talk to God. This man's question is a good example, but you can ask a question that's central to your personal life. God answers in various ways. Like ... "God, are you real? Where are you?" Or "Do you have a specific will for me that I'm not accomplishing, or something to do for you?" (These are questions that are guaranteed to get an answer.) Sometimes it's his "still small voice" that's almost audible, but is clear distinct words. Sometimes circumstances will unfold that answer you. But be careful to double check on that case. Sometimes you'll get a divine vision or dream. Or visit from an angel. Also, God will hear you immediately but His answer may appear hours, days, weeks later. Stay on the lookout. Don't be afraid to ask multiple times. Or check if you missed the answer. Or check if you asked right. Stick with it and stay calm and patient with God! It will definitely happen!

A lot of people were giving me advice, but nothing really worked. Then I found a method that broke through the clutter, and I’ve been teaching it ever since. The genius is in its simplicity. So grab the book and try the exercises. It works. It really does.

When I was 5 years old. I remember all of the clutter not being there like being an adult in his late 30s. I remember how REAL it felt to encounter the beyond. As your brain grows, only more problems arise other than knowledge and if you choose to go back to that child like phase or not. Sometimes you don't know. It is all perpective. For example, Say you are the "dumbest" one in your family. How would you know you are smart? You are comparing yourself to smarter people, and find yourself lacking. But to someone else, you may seem "very smart." I once had a co worker say to me, "your family is very smart" but to me, we seemed average. But from her perspective, comparing her family to mine, we all seemed "very smart". I don't know if this makes sense...

Strange but my whole life i have been asking questions on my inside and sometimes getting answers. Frankly I have always believed that these answers where just my self answering ack the best way possible. But recently I realized that God speaks through our mind and I am sorry for not paying attention to the answers before. Most of the answers were not in tune with my opinions, and I came to suspect these were not my own voices at all.
Those who are not God's people, God will speak to, but it's mostly a call to repentance, especially if someone is praying for them. It may be when they are down, to remind the person about how much He loves them. Revelation is for His kids. I love that part.

The Word of God says in 1 Corinthians 14:10 that there are many voices in the world and none of them are without significance. It says that we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses. Hebrews 12:1. If one of those witnesses spoke to you would you be freaked out. Saints can speak to you. Most people don't have a clue of what God can do.

We have a severely challenged non verbal autistic 8 year old son that needs 24/7 care plus my dads now on hospice. When she had her accident 3 years ago i had no choice but to stop working and become her nurse and the caregiver for both of them. Ive never been more poor but i no longer care about money. I need more strength to keep everything together. My blood pressure has been at "stroke level" for more than 6 months and no medicine is helping. Lately i feel "called" back to Christ. Not wirh words but with a feelings and a desire.
(Its taken hours for me to press the arrow and post this. It goes against my upbringing to just say the truth instead of everything is good. )
Just ( Believe) God has always been watching over you! Go for a walk in nature just you and God and ask for the answers you need just Believe! ❤

I want to say if you didn't get an answer immediately, I encourage you to still believe. The first time I asked God a question (11yo) I didn't get an answer that moment. BUT about 3 months later I got the answer delivered by an angel. Stunning! I wasn't raised in church, so I wasn't saved yet. But that heavily influenced how I prayed ... more like talking to God because I had never heard anyone pray. Years later when I was grown and did hear people pray, I thought wow.Have I been doing it wrong all this time. Maybe everything is great in their life. Because they know how to make eloquent prayers. I was having troubles but when I did pray, I did almost aways get an answer. And many times I literally heard God's voice.
Eventually I became baffled as I learned that most people didn't really hear from the lord. They just put forth their prayers and hoped.
But the difference was (Similar to cessation, they just didn't believe it was possible to hear God's voice. And they believed it was a sin to ask or expect. That it was "tempting God", which Jesus said not to do. And they believed, if I thought I had ever heard God's voice that i was either confused or I deceived by an unclean spirit ... Or just lying - which they could see I was serious - so they settled on confused.)
God has answered me audibly too. There is no mistaking His voice because it carries a peace like no other. ❤
Yea that’s right. It took me years of silence to get through to what I use now. It’s a joy to see people hear from God so simply using this method. I wish I had this 20 years ago!! Ed

@cynthiastillman8831 First, you have to 100% believe you can do nothing apart from God. That you can never be righteous in God's eyes on your own. Because you can't, no one can. But that you believe that you are covered in the precious blood of the lamb. And that you inherit His righteousness as your own. And that you are seated in the heavenly places with Him. You have access to the Father because of His Son. And His Son alone. Seek Him with your whole heart. Jesus said My sheep hear My voice. And when you start from this place, you will hear His voice. Sometimes, it sounds like your own thought in your head. As it's your spirit repeating His answer. Know it's spirit to Spirit communication. Sometimes, it's a clear man's voice. He knows your heart and He knows your thoughts. He knows what your really after. Say, "Lord I just want a real relationship with you. With my heavenly Father and my Lord and Savior" and when you say this, mean it.

Most times, it’s the still, small, quiet voice inside us that he uses to speak, like he did with Elijah. That’s why it’s important to get quiet, and away from distractions so we can hear him clearly. Holy Spirit directs our thoughts to hear his. It’s also important to have a good, solid “band of brothers,“ or community around us, to help us stay on track. Keep listening! He loves to talk with you!

This confirms that there needs to be one really important healing that not many people talk about just when God heals us of it our lives are changed for the better. That healing is all those unresolved hurts and trauma from childhood. I've heard of God's voice before when I told another little girl that I was an atheist he said very loudly "No you're not!" I looked around to see who all heard. But after this video there is an ad from my mailbox on my floor that says I'm never alone! It's a Life alert ad, but still, too funny!

I left a bible study when I was about 30.and it hit me Jesus is Alive. I looked over to the passenger seat and felt as if Jesus was sitting there. I was filled with such joy and it lasted about a year. Another encounter I heard God. i was in my car about to go in and give my housekeeper $200. For her new baby. I just prayed and God said no, $500. So that is what I did. The last time i Was standing with my husband in mass and I heard a loud voice in the back of the church Say. TRUST ME MORE. I turned around to look- no one there and I asked my husband if he heard a man yell/call loudly from the back and he said NO.
TRUST has been an issue of mine. I do love God and Jesus. When I have Joy or when I am not trusting. We are not alone and what Jesus did on the Cross for us shows a love I can barely comprehend. God ,Jesus ,and the H S are soooogood . If nonbelievers could just believeand open to them they would realize Jesus is alive to be with them and it is so wonderful.
Me again about "trust".....I am 84 now and really trusting for eternal life.

I was one day sited with a colleague, meditating on God give me all of you take all of me, while playing chess. Then he came up of a story of what another colleague was saying, he said you know what we should be just working, so so said that there people that are power angry. As I listened and continued meditating, I heard the spirit speak the portion of psalm 23" He prepares a table for you in the midst of your enemies. Later on there was a promotion advert the very same colleagues reached out to me to tell me that I should give it a shot. To the glory of God I got promoted. God speaks and his language is in the bible. Wen he speaks it brings peace and joy.

1 Relax! 2 Just get your bible open and 3 talk to God. This man's question is a good example, but you can ask a question that's central to your personal life. God answers in various ways.
Like ... "God, are you real? Where are you?"
Or "Do you have a specific will for me that I'm not accomplishing, or something to do for you?"
(These are questions that are guaranteed to get an answer.)
Sometimes it's his "still small voice" that's almost audible, but is clear distinct words. Sometimes circumstances will unfold that answer you. But be careful to double check on that case. Sometimes you'll get a divine vision or dream. Or visit from an angel.
Also, God will hear you immediately but His answer may appear hours, days, weeks later. Stay on the lookout.
Don't be afraid to ask multiple times.
Or check if you missed the answer. Or check if you asked right.
Stick with it and stay calm and patient with God!
It will definitely happen!

I tried for years and years before being able to hear from God. Honestly, it wasn’t God; it was me. A lot of people were giving me advice, but nothing really worked.
Then I found a method that broke through the clutter, and I’ve been teaching it ever since. The genius is in its simplicity. So grab the book and try the exercises. It works. It really does.
You're already starting out ahead of where I did! I didn't even want to hear God's voice, thinking he would be disappointed in me or that he wouldn't answer at all.

When I was 5 years old. I remember all of the clutter not being there like being an adult in his late 30s. I remember how REAL it felt to encounter the beyond. As your brain grows, only more problems arise other than knowledge and if you choose to go back to that child like phase or not. Obviously, this guy is very smart. Why do some people insist on saying they're not, its false humility. Its wonderful he found God.
Sometimes you don't know. It is all perpective. For example, Say you are the "dumbest" one in your family. How would you know you are smart? You are comparing yourself to smarter people, and find yourself lacking. But to someone else, you may seem "very smart." I once had a co worker say to me, "your family is very smart" but to me, we seemed average. But from her perspective, comparing her family to mine, we all seemed "very smart". I don't know if this makes sense...

Strange but my whole life i have been asking questions on my inside and sometimes getting answers. Frankly I have always believed that these answers where just my self answering ack the best way possible. But recently I realized that God speaks through our mind and I am sorry for not paying attention to the answers before. Most of the answers were not in tune with my opinions, and I came to suspect these were not my own voices at all.
