Ingredients:
3.5 cups almonds
2 cups simple syrup
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
Boil to 245 F and measure out 2 cups worth
4 TBSP ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Mine came out find but clumped up once coated, removed 😊 from heat and keep stirring for several minutes and they'll come out right.
