A little about me I was a commission stylists for 6 years and then took the leap to being an independent stylist. Since Starting my business in 2018, I have grown from 1 employee in a small little 10x10 room to 10 employees in my dream 5,000 sqft salon. I will not lie to you guys... none of this came easy. I have PUT IN WORK. Day in, and day out to achieve this goal. Fast forward to today we have been open for 3 months total ( with a few months of quarantine 😂 happy 6 months to us!) and seeing my team shine is worth every single penny. ( literally 😂)

Do you feel like your investment is paying off? I know this cost a fortune and many stylist are going to suites now to have their own spaces for the same price as booth rent.
This is a good question! I feel its two different types of stylists! I personally love working in an open concept space with energy from other stylists but some people prefer to do more of their own thang!!! I do feel its with the investment but ambiance is super important to me!
