So are they renters or employees? You said you supply the color, do they pay you for color or do give commission on color?
If you’re counting them as booth renters, and providing color/back at ect……. You’re either very generous or have outrageous booth rent 😂

Right now I have a hybrid as a transition from commission to fully rental :) I provide back bar as in shampoo/ conditioner/ styling products and then they make retail commission. They provide all their own color and supplies for that :)
