This project is more then worth it for your money, yet the design may not everyone cup of tea but it’s very nice design in my opinion and the location is absolutely amazing!
Jett, you keep surpassing your personal best! The intro was next-level for the first 1 min 20 seconds with the jazz and imagery. Drone shots also really nice.
It's a shame that the second unit Master bedroom doesn't have a his & hers sink, and I think they should all have kitchen islands for the kitchen. Thank you for the virtual tours! I have bookmarked this project & the Landmark @MRTA Station project as my current faves. Newly subscribed 🫶🫶🫶
You create excellent videos My Friend! And your music selections are Superb, especially the first few songs!! In fact, some Vloggers will note the Music Titles and Artists within the Description of the Video, and because of your Excellent Choices, perhaps you should do this as well!!
Great job Jett. Love the design and quality. Sorry you have to deal with the “it’s too expensive” comments on every real estate tour, no matter what the price. 😊
It's okay. It's actually good insight into a common knee-jerk perception of the condos I show. So it means I'll need to do better in explaining what people get for this price point.
Thai real estate is pumped up to cater to russians, chinese spenders and some western buyers the market for a extremely high priced at the moment it’s inflated to such high levels that most would be buyers are hoarding cash for now
Some do, but not all condos cater to Russians and Chinese. The one in this video is almost entirely owned by Thai nationals. In Q1 of 2024, total residential transaction value was 96.1 billion thb. Of this amount, foreigners accounted for around 18 billion thb. That's around 18% of all transaction value. To break it down even further, Chinese accounted for 7.5 billion thb (7.8% of total market), and Russians 924 million thb (0.9% of total market).
I'm gonna say you have one of the best production team or maybe even the best to my limited knowledge. Great visuals, lighting, audio, content and fairly decent looking talent. A fairly decent looking talent is 8 out of 10 only for this instance cause the sandals did not match the outfit. Keep the the great work to Mr GQ and the team or the individual production human. Not sure of the gender or size of your team so i don't wanna piss anyone off. Keep it coming!
First of all, thank you so much. It means a lot. Investing in production is both a personal passion and my effort to elevate the perception of this city. Ah yes, most of these show units have a shoes-off, slippers-on policy. Just keeping it clean for the future owner 😉 And don't worry, our team aren't easily offended.
Wearing 'house slippers' is standard in most of Asia. You leave your shoes at the door in a closet and use your house slippers to keep your home clean.
Thailand has an air pollution problem usually around Feb to April. Just need to deal with it as part of living here and I personally don't try to hide it. The other video you commented on definitely was shot on a relatively bad day. Second, even if it was a good day, the camera itself isn't able to fully capture the detail out in the distance. I'm not 100% certain about the reason but I think it's partly because we shoot in Slog which prioritizes broad exposure. This particular video was shot in mid-May when the air pollution was not that bad. But even on a day when the air is pristine, like in this video here th-cam.com/video/KlweiigmQZg/w-d-xo.html , you're still going to see the same hazy background.
@@JettGunther It has double railing on the first few steps and then only on the left side the rest of the way. Extra railing built into the wall on the right would make it much more safe. Can easily be done and still look sleek.

Stunning, and really good value too.
All 3 are really nice. I am in agreement with you; I love the 2nd showing the most!
Yes that one has a really nice living room space with that semi-outdoor section.

Great value for this location and superb decor......

Thank you so much! Was quite happy with how this one turned out as well 😊
Amazed ! Missing my home 😢
This was different and the townhouse looked amazing! I may have to get one.
Great video, Jett!
An amazing place, nicely thought out, with nice finishes. Hmm.....
Indeed!
Thumbs up 👍 Jett

@@JettGuntherAwesome....and will do. Thanks again for selecting such Great Music! You have Exquisite Taste in Music!!
FIRST! What a lovely building, and you are sporting a sharp-looking suit!
Thank you sir! Though I'm a denim guy in my free time 😉
@@JettGunther yep. Love the suit color!
That suit on you is fire
Thank you!
Nice suit Jett… such style!
Thank you!
good show, would appreciate some info on the elevator or stairs for back up
There are 3 resident elevators and 1 service elevator. All buildings are required by law to have stairs and fire escape plans.
Thinking of moving there

No microwaves ovens? Parking spaces should show. No dryers for clothes?
Yes those ovens have microwave function. Many washing machines nowadays also have dryer functions.
Too much for me, but it's nice!
No credits for the music you used?!
In the video description
The sky in background looks kind of bad, pollution ruins the view

Haha. Mate. That’s CDN $1,100,000 (similar for US$). You can buy similar apartments in Toronto for that. Madness.
Challenge accepted. Show me
You're very handsome na you remind me of Matthew Dean
No railing for the stairs. Eek. Not ideal for someone with balance issues.
You mean these stairs? th-cam.com/video/ohYQVSdL6nY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=hd0Xgn9VQNm-t-fJ&t=808 or another one in the video?
@@JettGunther yes
@@mattxlane Can you elaborate what your mean by railings? To me, that staircase definitely has railings.

I see, so you're saying it should also have railings on the wall wide. I guess so.
I love your channel but even my American dollar is too poor for it LOL.
