I like how during the presidential roll call, the past and present presidents are staring at each other when their names are being called. Gives that sense of realism.

As a Brit I find this attraction so surreal! A British version in a British theme park with British Prime Ministers would last about 5 minutes before vandals destroyed it, haha! But I enjoy patriotic Americans. I'll leave this show to them though while I go ride on some good ol' American thrill rides.
American here--I myself find it a bit surreal (especially as a DISNEY attraction, of all things!), but I also have to admit it's an interesting and kind of fun way to learn about our past leaders. The animatronics are really well-made, executed, and maintained, and I think it illustrates the evolution of our country both in age and ideals.

Just saw this for the first time last weekend when my girlfriend, her family, and I visited Orlando, and we were all blown away at how moving and inspirational this tribute was. As a student of history, and as an American, I felt so proud and patriotic watching this, and was also so glad to have my girlfriend and her family, all immigrants who came here to America to live out the American Dream, learn about where we started this truly unique experiment in the history of the world. There are so many great things to say about this, but I just have to mention how I was especially moved by the cheers during the scene with the Tribute In Light - that was so beautiful. 😊
I’m only 16 years old and for most of my life I thought Abraham Lincoln was my Grandpa because of this attraction. 😂 It’s a tradition in my family to go see Lincoln anytime we go to Disney. A generations old tradition that my Great Grandpa made years ago. It just so happens that one of my first memories is of Mr. Lincoln giving a speech as an animatronic. So most of my life I thought that strange looking guy who spoke big words from my memories was somehow related to me. Until I went to Disneyland again and learned that the man has a name. President Lincoln. 😂And now I know where the memory comes from. Love this attraction so much, it’s where I got to meet my “grandpa” ❤️
I never went there, but i totally wish to go there ! I'm not american, i'm canadian. But learning about the USA (or learning, period) is very interesting and i love learning! It's beautiful

I worked at Disneyland in the 1980's. I'd often go to the Hall of Presidents there just listening to Lincoln. Brought tears to my eyes everytime, and filled me with hope and inspiration. I'd always find myself saying Thank you, Mr. President.

Kind of interesting to watch the other mannerisms of the other presidents when our current president is speaking. Watch at 22:39 moment in video. Watch Ulysses S Grant eyes, as he looks at the camera. Reminds me of the show, the Office, when the actors look at the camera after someone says or does something interesting. Also Andrew Johnson looks like he's about to come off the stage and come with a can of whip ass and strangle the current president with that facial expression. Something's wrong with the other presidents as our current president speaks. I wonder, what is going on? I guess sensitivity training for the other animatronics?

Didnt see this when I went to disney, so came here after the new defunctland so I could see the animatronics in action. Even as someone who's been kinda disillusioned with American patriotism and politics, it's undeniably an impressive piece of technology and art.

I've always felt that the animations of Lincoln, for one, are too exaggerated. Instead of standing behind a podium, as many politicians did in them days, and they also had to shout to be heard... it just seems (obviously) mechanical and artificial.... it's as though the Imagineers and the engineers wanted to be too... somehow... well... something....(of course they are mechanical, duh!)
