interesting plot! maybe it would have been a good idea to tell the audience WHY this man is living there. Telling the story without words was well done!!

OK , so in the end the door is left open when at the point where he or it tries to kill her may symbolize it was trapped in the house for a reason we don't know & as she made an attempt to kill it with a mouse trap may be why it tried to do her in , something we just don't know. As she never tried to harm it up till that point . It was giving off a very bad vibe so whatever it did could not have been good. I think as the door was open at the end it finally got out & who knows ,killers don't mind being shot or stabbed especially if they are evil spirits, ones that like cookies or whatever that was in her pantry cupboard it was eating . Why would a ghost need to eat ? We don't know !!!! Many conclusions other than just mine all valid & that's what makes these shorts so good they leave it up to the viewer to draw their own. Perhaps she was just facing her fears as she fights it & anyone else would have run. My only beef was i could not see the photos she was looking at in the attic. To the filmmaker & all involved ,great job.
Watched in on iPad and got the right moment to see the photos… it’s her randomly pictured by the photographer once a month. Leaving the house, sitting in the park, talking to a men at her door. I think it was one of these guys who hides in houses for a living. Called phrogging. And in the end, he saw no other way than to attack her, to keep himself incognito. When she hits him with the knife, he left her keys and phone, not to be caught with it on his runaway… Only thing I don’t get is, she seems to miss food for months and never asked herself whats wrong
The atmosphere and the storyline are quite good, very scary if you are in that position. It's just that the woman's acting is not very good, at least she should show more fear. Her expression is flat and not too scared or worried. But I still like it, keep it up!!

I’m sorry but her reaction to a terrifying stranger/ghost etc in her house while she is alone and without electricity- is not a normal response to the danger she is facing. No normal person would have been as calm as her. This is what ruined the film for me.
I thought with her as calm as she was the man was her maniac brother or someone like that. Not a rejected boyfriend/husband. Really like the short, you have to look and hear to figure the story out.
i dont know if i wnt to cal her brave or stupid . when she shined the light on him the first time ,she had to know he knew he was spotted .she should have got her butt out called cops .i think that would have been more of a natural reaction .doors being locked somehow on the inside is common and makes no sense . she could have broke a window to climb out .some of the aspects seemed super natural yet she stabbed him and he ran way or is hiding in the house .i like a hero that fights back but remains human reacts human . i know this is a short little time to tell a story .i liked it just it lost me when she caught him in the light and she leans against the wall instead of running to get out or a locked room . lol i was telling her run you idiot .
I guess these days a movie can't be scary unless the lights are out or dimmed so the viewer has to imagine. In that case I can imagine my own scary video. 😉

Well we had something this going on in my building they was living in our basement not sure how long but we would hear nosies and see food wrappers and other things in the basement to the point we knew it had to be someone living there all of us in the building was fresked out becauce we didnt know they got in or how long they was there called the cops they came they found them they was in one of the storage place omg locks was changed windows was locked that was the most freaked out thing ever
I adore short horror films but the one thing I’ve noticed in the majority of the amateur ones that completely kill it for me is the sound. Better sound mixing and mic equipment is so important for a short film to seem even remotely semi professional. I’m so sorry if that sounded mean and it seems a lot of other people enjoy these films without even noticing the sound issues, which is fantastic! But I just can’t watch anything where the sound is fried/buzzing and not properly isolated
I saw a man in my closet because I can't also get up and look it's not as good as I thought it will be not as bad as he is in my closet in middle of the night
