I think I've seen at least 6-8 different white house replicas in different YT videos across the continent. Someone should do a series visiting all of the different white house replicas in Africa and rating them.

These days 'smart city' means something different, and with all that open space and sunlight... this estate could be grided up into a self sustaining solar-powered paradise, with IOT technology sprinkled around everywhere... automated blinds or drapes, lighting, lawn sprinklers, voice command tech... maybe even some autonomous Evs just for the estate ...just some next level tech would hv been nice and it looks like they have the cash to make it happen.
The drawback of living on an estate. One doesn't have the privacy as one could want...too close to the neighbours. As we build mansions, luxury homes Let's help bridge that gap. Let's help the lot of the majority of our people. We need to lift our fellow Africans out of poverty.

We didn't see the bathrooms which is a huge factor for many.....This could have been part of the viewing. Have another video done and show us before we can visit.
