As a Ugandan living out of Uganda I love seeing this type of content. I love the direction that Uganda is taking with modernisation and getting things in order. Makes me so proud. Looking forward to visiting in 2023 and see the improvements done to Kampala city etc
I have noticed, in the second kitchen, you just jumped, I didn't understand if it was where we started. My point is i noticed in that kitchen the cooker is under the cardboard's, I was looking for the fun extractor, sorry if I have missed. Otherwise am enjoying the experience and day dreaming. Thanks Mukuru Ham to give us some beautiful ideas, travels means a lot. That's why am enjoying what am watching right now 💃🏾💃🏾🙏🏿❤️. Thx Lawrence for good content 😌 🙏🏿
This is awesome content…thanks for sharing. As a Ugandan in the US, I find this kind of stuff quite impressive but still…the $600,000 is an elephant in the room.
Just curious, what would that exact house cost in any of the cities in the US?........ I bet you in most, it would cost you even more. So what makes the evaluation of such a house have to be lower than $600,000 simply because it is somewhere in Africa? After all it is just a house in every city it will be. It is an appreciating property but it does not contribute on the productivity index of wherever it is. By Elephant in the room, I am sure you meant it's cost. Brother, don't fall for the depreciation tactic of our currencies by the West. Gold in Africa is worth the same as Gold anywhere else in the world. And Africa has the most gold.
I love this house design so much. I'm Nigerian, you guys are so lucky to have such a beautiful lake view... I think I also saw a Lakeville at Aunty Jackie's place
Well as some one into architecture and design, i see a few unnecessary designs but love from here still Uganda forever ..... Btw love way you used carpets to add unit to everything in the house... Thanks n the closet z for ladies man😃😃 maybe borrow the man some space but not a deal....
I have literally loved every bit of this video wen such vlogs are done always get inspired on construction and new ideas I love the fact that the kitchen is big for mom to enjoy and love the natural light from windows.
You can't disappoint as well with yours, is he a blogger really?? 🤔 As you stated? 🤔 Some times think twice b4 commenting, English is foreign, if he used wrong words in his first language, u would have the freedom to blame him
This presenter is hard working,I wish I was rich to award him one day.....that house is worth that amount of $600,000/- but I can't even get a 0.1% of that Amount.
simple design but legit n organized.Oh and the Lighting too🤗. Everything about the house was properly planned from the grass on the exterior to the sinks. Thanks for video
Loved the presentation. Well done. Good to see this standard of Real Estate in Uganda. Uganda is an exceptionally beautiful country that, with the right investment in infrastructure, could easily be Real Estate Mecca. This home is exquisite. The workmanship is excellent. My favourite feature was the lake views from the balcony and that massive rooftop. Very beautiful. The only down side is the size of the backyard. A bit too tight. But an exceptional property regardless.
Well done getting inside, finally💪🏾💪🏾👏🏾 What I love: The roof top makes up for the small plot. I stayed at Ham’s apartments before, loved the ideal but disappointed by the build quality. This property shows his team is much better now, very high end finishes all around. The two-kitchens idea is great especially when you have guests What I wish for: I would have loved to hear more explanation of what makes the home SMART The security must be super tight in kawuku , coz that glass door don’t look secure enough. It gives shopping mall vibes Need to hear more architectural language beyond ‘big windows’ and a focus on the space and feel of the house, other than the furniture coz we all have different taste. Overall, a fantastic job well done. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Webale kukola, I can see the Benz in the drone shots!
@@Cynchronia say that again! As a Ugandan I stand to correct the ladies comment, It’s not English words but it’s a professional world where you have to play the part. That’s why doctors/engineers/IT have their own jargon.
You are a good presenter with amazing screen presence, but here are a few pointers on how you can be great. 1. Don't point out the obvious, instead highlight rare features in the project. 2. Point out what you don't like as well and ask our opinion on the same. 3. Educate yourself on basics of architecture and the built environment so you can use similar lingo to communicate the key concept behind any project. 4. Keep smiling 😊

The only thing I would change is the furniture, Amerikkka being what it is , we have beautiful here!

@@kabaheesi- Lol. I was thinking the same thing. UG houses are quite expensive. Better to build if you have land.
