I grill steaks and hamburgers with it and chicken is awesome too. Wife does not eat a steak in a restaurant do to fantastic grilling with lowrys seasoned salt
Thanks for the tip on the not getting the black stuff on the eggs. That's bothered me the last few times I've cooked eggs on my Blackstone. Great content!!
I am in the planning stages of an outdoor kitchen. 14 x14 enclosed with plenty of vent windows for the summer and insulated for the winter. 4 burner griddle camp chef. Camp chef pellet grill and a convection oven plenty of counter prep space and a big sink for cleaning parts. Thank you for all your tips and tricks with wonderful recipe’s.
Great cook, you really do a good job on the cook and the video. I pulled this one up cuz that is what we are having for dinner tonight. That’s right breakfast for dinner. I hear a little Midwest accent in there, I’m in Cali now but raised in Wisconsin
I had to try this yesterday so I went out in the 1*F weather and did it lol, wasn't pleasant but it was worth it. My version is on my channel if you have a min to check it out, Id love some honest feedback! Thanks!
So I have had my Blackstone for 2-3 years now. I have spent more time trying to make sure I use the right oils for Smoke points etc. My biggest complaint to date, and I have never been able to get an answer for this thru all of my searching, and that is WHY THE BLACK EGGS? I stumbled across this just while looking for other ideas. I was not expecting to see you address the black egg topic, but Im very grateful that you did! I will try that. Other then that, I know you stated your cleaning procedure at the end, but it cutt off before you applied any oil. did you use Pam to close it up also? Thanks,
This is what it’s all about. I’m glad you got something from the video. Yes Pam is what I use most of the time. Or peanut oil. Olive oil will work. I learned that trick about the eggs as a line cook in my younger years.
MAN, THAT LOOKS GOOD!! I'M a BREAKFAST MAN!!I can eat breakfast ANYTIME of the day. I GOTTA get me one of them BLACKSTONES!! HAHAHAHA!! SUBSCRIBED AND WATCHING AND WAITING TO LEARN!!! GOOD VIDEOS!!
Just got my 4 burner Blackstone and tried this. Don't know what I did but it sure didn't turn out like yours. lol.. what setting did you use? My food tasted great, just not what I invisioned...
I just got a blackstone, I’ve tried eggs once and they stuck pretty bad. Any tips and also about what temps do you have your burners on. It’s definitely a learning process cooking on this thing.
@@truenorthcafe5090 The eggs were on Low low,, what about the hash browns and the egg hash browns? And thanks for the video! Thats the best looking griddle top I have seen! Looks glossy and smooth evenly. I am a fanatic about cleaning and oil use, and mine is blotchy.
