Yea, first cook you've said your Name, and your not even cooking today. Lol. Yo Robbie, Greenbay Packers fan and northern Wisconsin Dude. Good Morning, no n matter what time of day it is. Lol again...Cook ware & utensils are so important for a successful Cook. L.A. has some great resturant supplies, but, Vintage Markets & swap meets is a great way to stock a BBQ Cook area. I like it to a Man Cave Kitchen...Great Job as always. Your Wife must be proud of your Videos. ( especially if she is your Camera person ) Best Regards...ff 😎
just happened upon your videos and fell instantly in love with the Blackstone griddle. I looked them up and there are a few models. Which one would you recommend? Thank you . Cant wait to do the hash brown omelets !!!!
Is there a video about the space where you cook? You’ve cooked on your deck then in your garage. Where are you now? Is it a closed room? Is it smokey? Thanks.
@@johnmullis5617 hi. I think I saw a comment from Robbie that said he redid part of his garage for cooking. 😍 And he’s thought about showing the area or what he did, but it’s been a while since I saw that comment. I like what he did and I’m fascinated to know Robbie cooks inside the garage. I’m in PNW where it rains and it’s cold so doing this to my garage is a huge maybe. 👍
I render my own lard when I butcher hogs. As well as homemade butter that I make gee from. So, I never use cooking spray. Bacon grease, gee, and lard is all that I use on the griddle, or cast iron cooking. I agree with the rest.
I like all the products that you put out there for using your Blackstone except for Pam if you read on the back it has silicone in it the silicone is to stop it from foaming up and so you are putting silicone in your system if you get yourself a good oil that you like to use they have bottles that you pump up and you can spray on your Blackstone I used to work fast foods and not once did we ever use Pam but I do enjoy watching your programs and lots of yummy foods
Pam is made with Canola oil, Canola oil is bad oil, they use solvents to extract the oil's. Canola oil is also an inflammatory. There are better oils to use when cooking. Pam woks great to season the griddle, I just do not like cooking with it.
I like your cutting board!
You're an awesome chef 👨🍳 and really just a good guy helping us all out

Old video, but I sure would like to see a walk-around tour of you cook shack!
Great video. I use avocado oil for cooking on my blackstone. It is good for high temperatures but cooking spray rocks too.

Yes. I like the setup. I know when I cook in my shop, it gets smokey as hell. He needs to show his build in a video n how he deals with smoke.
