+1 it appears they have moved all automations to the "customer journey" function and hence there's 0 free automations left - please someone correct me if I'm wrong, I really do hope that I am.
I did have one automated on a free account but I deleted it as I'd made a new campaign that I had intended to use to replace the old one. Can't do it on the free account so i've lost the function. So annoying as I send very few emails and don't intend to increase this.

Which Mailchimp alternatives would you suggest? Perhaps something for European market. I'm not looking for a free solution, but quality newsletter/campaign provider that I can offer to my clients, and use for myself as well.

I have created five different journeys for each of the different quiz responses, and after testing the quiz, nothing is being triggered... Can I have a journey without a campaign? or do I always need a journey attached to a campaign... or can I do campaign without a journey... In advance, thank you !!!
I was afraid Mailchimp would "nickel and dime" their customers and change their policies and increase their prices constantly. I just signed up and it's gone from free to $10 per month for the "core" and now up another $7 per month for one simple autoresponse to a new subscriber.
Have Mailchimp change it's free plan offer? When I follow your steps the only choice I have after clicking Campaigns/Automations... is Customer Journey....😒 and that's no longer part of the free offer...

@@pureclaritymindset there doesn't seem to be a workaround for mailchimp unfortunately unless you want to pay so I used Aweber. They allow email automation for free

Classic Automations are only available to accounts that have previously created a classic automation. This article shows you how to send a single welcome email to new subscribers. You can also add a Signs up starting point to a Customer Journey map or send a sequence of welcome emails with a classic automation.
