Hi, really helpful. I am new to Mailchimp. I am tagging my list at audience stage and I intend to group subscribers. I have tagged all new subscribers as leads, but once they move on to a more specific tag or group how can I eliminate the 'lead' tag for those who have moved on through the process. I will continue to email 'leads' until they are moved on into a group or more specific tag or unsubscribe. I like organisation.
