I love YOU and your channel!!!! I am glad I found you. I missed your cooking show. I brings back such good memories... I miss your singing....that was always the best.....it made the recipes taste better.....Great to see you again my Friend ....Much Love and Respect from St Petersburg Florida.....
Pasquale I recently found your channel looking for sauce recipe. My deepest gratitude to you & your family. 1st sauce amazing love simplicity 2) your recipes are great and so tasty. I can't wait to make this dish fresh from the garden. Keep up great work
It's Halloween 2024 in Maine. I started respiratory therapy today, went to camp to collect food items so they wouldn't freeze this winter, stripped beds and brought sheets home to wsh for spring and made Pasquale's stuffed tomatoes to go with spinach & feta pie I made for the LA game last night. Tomatoes were a huge hit here Pasquale, the whole family says Hi and Happy Treats for you in the future.
This looks absolutely delicious nothing better then tomato or any vegetables from the garden there the best always a good day when I see an upload from you chef thanks for another awesome recipe take care
Oh my goodness. I've never seen tomatoes stuffed with ground pork. Time to go grocery shopping! Can't wait to make it. I hope it comes close to Pasquale's 🤞
What variety of tomatoes did you grow? I haven't had that since I was a kid. Oh so good! I like your recipe. I'll have to try it. Thanks for sharing! A HUGE thumbs up! Take care!
Trichinosis? Ehhh, forget about it! HAHAHAHA! One of three people left in this country that would be brave enough to taste test raw pork to make sure it's seasoned well. BRAVO! I love you man, and have been subscribed to your channel for quite some time now. I watch your videos because of your sincerity, the quality of your recipes, and their simplicity. You are a true national treasure in my opinion, and I hope that you continue to create cooking videos for a very long time. Keep up the good work.
That would be tasty on top of some mashed potatoes with a little tomato sauce like you do with cabbage rolls or stuffed peppers to take this up a notch and also like I said put under broiler to brown at at on top.
These sound wonderful! And don't make a hole in the bottom of the tomato! Seems obvious, but I suppose some need that advice. Emptying out the juice from the tomatoes is not that obvious, so great demonstration.
whn I visit my familia in Rome, they make this for me but they stuff the tomatoes with eggplant, spices and ricotta, topped with parmesan and sauce an pecorino......
The make sure egg is good made me laugh, because living my whole life on a farm I know how it can end up. His video could have ended up with a balute in the minced meat. Asian countries usually like that kind of thing, but it does not look good and even I dislike it. This kind of thing usually you have to do only if you have an egg bought from local farms or if you are raising chickens yourself. Anyway, was watching instagram and now found the youtube channel, fantastic and authentic recipes from what I can tell. The thing I like about it, it is well cooked and with the sauce it tastes so good.
I would say no, since it contains pork. You could try swapping out the ground pork for some extra lean ground beef, some ground turkey thigh or even ground chicken.
Way too much garlic, Compare Pasquale, in Italy we do not use such a large quantity of garlic in a recipe like this, all the rest excellent. Salute and Cin cin.
No sweat, no sauce! Pasquale is the best
I love Pasquale.
Nothing like picking the tomatoes right in your backyard.
It'sa reeeealy good!

Now between Pasquale and Rocky Balboa I'm starting to get the impression Italians have a thing for consuming raw eggs
Looks great. I made this a couple times but never used meat. Great dish

I would say no, since it contains pork. You could try swapping out the ground pork for some extra lean ground beef, some ground turkey thigh or even ground chicken.
Can anybody give a review or something. Comments are kinds useless like this one.
