Josh you make sure you tell them that if you're trying to keep a tower up and they want you to play longer due to the tune it takes to collect, that that same rule applies when you're trying to knock things down. You lose some much time collecting after towers have fallen are they going to give you extra time then or only when it suits them?
Can you ask them to take the door off the coin return and then put a small tote in the floor in front of it to catch the quarters and money. Would only be fair to you to not have to wrestle that thing and eat up your time.

As far as the taking time off for when you go down to pull, that is fine but it should be applied to all situations. If they take it off the time that you are having to keep the towers up then they should have to take it off the time you get when you have things like 5 minutes left to play. Either pulling counts for all timed events, or it does not apply at all ! And I think if it does not apply to the total time that would be to your benefit. I can't count the times I have watched you lose over a minute on your time left because the chute is clogged. Also less damage to your fingers !
