This is my third time watching this and this time I’m writing down most of the tips in my notebook this is really helping guys thanks for these amazing videos
Audio 2 midi very useful for bass line . You can start by singing it with you own voice then let Ableton converting into midi notes . Now swap the instrument with your fave bass VST plugins
One thing to note about tip #8, the sample editing. You can easily destroy your original sound file. In order to prevent this, duplicate the track and rename the part you're working on.
Thank you, very interesting. Great. .... But, could you help me with midi and ext. Instruments via SL MK3 maybe ? I couldn't found ideas about on your channel. Thank you in advance.
Thanks for your Awsome Tips. In Session Mode, How can I Change Instrument Patches of an Instrument Track with the UP & DOWN key of my Laptop ?. Canyou Help me ?
Please, could you enlighten me on your set up to make Ableton music production tutorials. I’m using OBS but my laptop is dying with it and I’m trying to make tutorials whilst travelling. I have a USB Mic but I’m hoping for some easier to use software that’s not going to make my fans in my mac take off lol I’m using a macbook pro: 2012 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Old work horse I think may be the problem...
You probably have your computer midi keyboard mode turned on (little piano keyboard icon in the top right). It allows you to play midi notes from your computer's keyboard. If you switch this off, your ctrl+z should work again.

You are right, this is known as “destructive audio editing.”

hot swap is what your looking for. its a circular button with arrows going round. after using up&down to select, you have to press enter to hear it.

They haven't developed proper pitch stretching - or even advanced pitching in the samplers for drums 🤣🤣 2023 and pitching is limited to semitones 🤣🤣🤣
What are you talking about? Do you mean time stretching and pitch shifting?
