- Northern Thailand is emerging as a premier cycling destination in Southeast Asia, a region where the chaos of city life dissolves into tranquil mountain roads and the frantic pace slows to a simpler rhythm.
Trading cocktails for coffee and sandy beaches for peaks, Alina (@cliipedinandfree) and Shane, one of Pedal Mafia's team members, ventured into the uncharted terrain surrounding Chiang Mai.
Their 500+ kilometre journey left them with more than breathtaking landscapes, local cuisine, and challenging climbs. It became a transformative experience, teaching lessons in resilience, offering a renewed outlook on life, and fostering a profound appreciation for the locals' cherished way of living.

It was an incredible trip! I’ve loved every second of it. Thank you Thailand, thank you Shane and thanks Pedal Mafia for your support 💛
I am following you from Iraq. I hope to visit Iraq. All the best to you. I love you.❤
Love the new look!
Fun video! What a diverse soundtrack.
I did the MHS loop a couple days after y'all. Cool to see some of the same vistas/hills/hotels. Sawadee Krub!
Very like it Krupp
Mit Khun Yuam hotel seems to be a favorite place for cyclists. I stayed there 24 years ago when I did my Mae Hong Son loop with my friend. In those days, there were no cafe along the route at all.
was in Chiang Mai a few months back, no cycling as my wife doesn't cycle but good roads and plenty of cyclists about
