Hallelujah, finally found a guitar teacher on TH-cam who actually knows what he is doing and doesn't just zoom ahead. Thank you so much.

So I started to learn this song today. After an hour everyone in my house said, "that is the most beautiful song you have ever played". Next steep is to learn to sing this song at the music school I attend. Thank you for a great lesson.

You are such a great, compassionate teacher. You obviously know that this stuff is hard for many of us. Your cadence and patience in this lesson is so encouraging. Thanks so much for your contribution to learning songs.

Hej Shane, many thanks for this lesson - you really are a great teacher. Your channel was first choice for learning this tune after seeing Tracy performing it at the Grammys with Luke Combs. Such an amazing performance!
Love the way you teach. All best wishes from Scandinavia!

Thanks for throwing this in the mix on yesterday’s Skype lesson Shane - love it! Getting a nice little repertoire together with these shapes now - Fast Car, Willin’, Blackbird, Case of You. I’m sure you have some others in your magic guitar case! Long way to go yet to keep those strings ringing and to stop the right arm slipping down, but I find the practising quite therapeutic and a great way to switch off :-)

Tracy capos on the third fret and hammers down her first and second fingers on the c chord, why doesn’t anyone teach it like that.

Great lesson, Shane. Love your channel. Question for you- is there a reason you don’t play the high Em to D on first and fourth strings with the high G on the third fret/first string instead of going up to the second string/eighth fret? Thanks.

Your explane it very well, even if your an idiot you can learn it the way you explane it.
I follow a few but your style is number one.
And the Taylor guitar sounds great !
That will be my next guitar.
