Just what I been waiting for. Over the years I have been catching on to a lot of what you are talking about just by accident. I play mostly at my desk. I'm A legend in my desk chair, well some time ago I started moving closer to the desk and just so happened to push the guitar up against my Wood desk with my fat gut. Mind blown. Night and day difference acousticly. I have spent the $$ upgrading to expensive floyd parts only to have buyers remorse. It seems to me and my feel the Brass block on a floyd always helps but YMMV. I even went all in last year and bought A guitar from F.U. It has all the floyd upgrades minus the Titanium .... Still aint in love with it. Most times when I talk to others or am on message boards people seem to not understand that even though I am playing an electric guitar I need to FEEL it singing to me and not with my ears. My fav guitars are Jackson JS series Dinky's my heroes from the 80's all played them and a few years back I scored amazing steals on used ones from zon that werent used. Your use of carbon fibre is right along with what I was thinking I would like to try with brass but I am no woodworker so thats always been in the back of my mind. I even wondered about them Bolt in Roman guitars where they use threads in the neck to secure but the price for a roman is asinine and like I said i'm no wood worker. The fret issue.... Man my fav neck I just had to swap with a spare cause I am real rough on them cowboy areas hurt my feelings. The SS frets thing I have never played them yet but refretting a 350$$ guitar with SS will cost that or more so I am stuck. And the side cuts and relief yeah i am there with you Look up Rodger Fisher and his pink strat he took it to the extreme but I get it while you are at it that pink strat has an Titanium fret board and he swears by it would love to feel that thing. I remember back in the day folks touting the FAT FINGERS you clamp on the head stock I tried it and I think it actually deadened the guitar down almost like it muffled the vibrations more than helping them I tried on various guitars and the effect was the same so it found the trash can. Buzz I appreciate you going to the trouble of doing this video and explaining A few things. The next time you do up a body and or neck please film the process I really wanna see the nitty gritty of it all if you are willing. Again thanks for the info I appreciate it
I have a 93 mij rg470. Same as rg570 but this one oddly has the clunky fender style neck joint. I have an rg with the aanj and you can definitely feel the 470 sounds a little better!

To add another gimmick- check out music zoos owner guitars, colleti guitars- they sandwich a piece of brass between neck and body in the pocket
