For example, if I indicated in a past entry that I wanted to achieve a certain physique by summer holidays and I failed, I would often feel disappointed. However, If I look back on a past entry and I have actually achieved my goal in record time or sooner than expected, then the outcome is positive.
Hahah, it can feel like that at times. One way to approach it is just answering questions you have for yourself. I never do the whole “dear diary thing”.🤣

I know journaling helps but every time I try it I sound so cringe, I sound like one of those kids with a padlock diary who writes "dear diary" lol
