Honestly i would strongly recommend to anyone thinking about working at amazon, just don't pick a shift over 5 hours and you'll be able to TOLERATE working there, not enjoy or like it mind you, but just tolerate it. You pick a 10 hour shift and you'll leave quickly. That's my advice.
Yes I realize this after starting to work there on Wednesday this week. 4 hours goes by pretty fast but I regret applying for a 10 hours shift. I also hate going into the deep freezer, I feel like I’m going to die. The tasks itself are very easy to learn and do, but for 10 hours and a 30 min lunch break that feels like only 10 minutes. I realized it’s not for me but I’m grateful for the experience. I now know how it feels to prepare someone’s orders. Bless them all!
For anyone who is thinking about working at Amazon , it all depends on what shift , which warehouse and which position you get hired on for . Just know that Amazon does not play around . They are very strict about missing shifts and everything . They hire hundreds of people frequently so you are very replaceable . I personally like it , but I only work 5 hour sorts at a time . My opinion would probably change if I had her schedule . My warehouse doesn’t have her area in which she worked in so everyone at mine is always around other people . But I figured I would just touch on that a little bit for some of you who may be considering working there . Again it all depends on which location , which shift , and which position you work . You either love it or you hate it . Hope this helps some of y’all .
I started working at amazon for about 4 weeks now, I'm working part time and unfortunately last night I missed my first ever shift and I'm kinda worried that they'll let me go... 🙁 I like the job alot.

You should’ve quit and took the offer the money offer that they offer you when you decide to quit but you just get banned from working for Amazon forever uncensored never looking back I should’ve checked the cash to get up to $10,000
You have to acclimate to that sort of work environment. After a few months, you will need about 12 to 16 hours to recover on first day off. During work week, it is work, eat, chill for a few hours, then sleep -- no doing chores, errands, visiting people, etc...
That's nuts! Apparently because there are workers that can do it fast, they are implementing this number of units per hour thing. Maybe a new law should be added that should say there should be no discrimination against workers on the basis of sex, religion, gender.. and speed.
Amazon needs general labor. Only people who understand what general labor is and are in need of a steady paycheck will work at Amazon for any period of time. If you are out looking for the perfect job that meets all of your fragile emotional needs Amazon is not for you. And don't go to UPS, FedEx, or the U.S Postal Service. Those jobs are just like Amazon and require you to do general labor and meet certain production standards.
You're right about this honestly those jobs are labor intensive jobs that pay off. Not everyone's built for it. Personally I love it and don't find it hard.

This only happens at the larger Amazon warehouses. I work at a small Amazon sort center and we move at our own pace unloading the trucks. They don’t have rates at all, only for the scanners. Managers don’t pressure us...I love my job!
To me this is just a job to get on your feet . It s perfect for young men who are already into sports . It's definitely not for everybody . There is a reason why they pay a little bit more and that they keep on hiring . They know that a lot of people will quit .

To be fair , her experience sounded pretty tense . Different warehouses are very different . At mine , everyone is around each other , we don’t have positions where you aren’t around other people like in her case . And only PA’s or Operations work 10-12 hour shifts here . The regular employees only work about 3-5 hour sorts depending on whether we flex up or down . If I was working her position for 12 hours and wasn’t really able to talk to anyone , I don’t think i’d like it either .

@@Joseph-km9io we now the answer dawg lol. My bro just came back yesterday bc he quit he said they were asking for you to go way too fast
@@doms5755 I would have took my time lmao
It’s East just time consuming
I’m about to start working 6:30p to 7am😔
Love that background music. Soulful vibes.
I find it funny how you can tell how the other Amazon employees are sad and depressed, lol. Ok....its a job, be grateful you had one and were able to find another so quickly.
lol why you so butthurt? Just because It pays doesnt mean you should sacrifice your lively hood for it. If I paid you every day to come eat my cats shit would you do it just because “it’s a job”? You sound ignorant
@@RealNaisuCinema lol, yup I'm butt hurt. Good call there
Mr. Perfect didn’t ask IF you were butthurt anyone could tell you are
To be fair , her experience sounded pretty tense . Different warehouses are very different . At mine , everyone is around each other , we don’t have positions where you aren’t around other people like in her case . And only PA’s or Operations work 10-12 hour shifts here . The regular employees only work about 3-5 hour sorts depending on whether we flex up or down . If I was working her position for 12 hours and wasn’t really able to talk to anyone , I don’t think i’d like it either .
health comes first..
I work at Amazon and it’s making me depressed. You sound like me ,lol I work 6:30-5am and I’m supposed to scan 30-32 items an hour .
What's the background instrumental please?
How much they starting out 15 ????
Yes I’m about to quit it’s been a year n some change n I’m stressed the fuck out 😩😩🖕😂😂😩
If you posted 1 or 2 times a week your channel would blow up
Youre right...
Were you work at now how's the job soo far
I work at a grocery store now, totally a better environment than Amazon
Loved it sis! Keep us updated 🥰
LOVE YOU SIS
She be pointing that finger....those three reasons sounded like you were talking about a lot of reasons to extend the video for views
Girl do you know any other good jobs ?😩 I’m 18 and looking for a good paying job I was gonna apply at amazon but naaah
You're soooo young dont go to amazon! (lmao were basically the same age hehe) DM me on Insta and I can recommend some places!
Lol nobody knows how to work in this generation
It's the easiest job I have ever had. Granted, I've been in the military and worked as corrections officer before. So compared to those jobs, this is a cakewalk but I guess if you are young and have never really had a job before, it can be rough.
More like people don't want to work for a company that considers taking a piss time of task
@True Roman as someone who works there, I agree with you, the managers don't treat us like people. They get on your ass on your packing rate. The lunch breaks are a joke. I could write a whole list
Okay 👍👍
Lmaoooo... U was just working there tho ..
Glad u quit!
You 🔥 you don't need to be at Amazon to 🔥
So basically you're telling the world you're lazy. lol wow, you know you can go work at Walmart they don't do a dam thing just put on the funny vest and walk around talking crap that does not have anything to do with your job and get a check. you can always tell yourself like your headache lol you worked hard. lol
Lmao you're funny
