So please enlighten me how you know the cops were wrong in pulling him over and where you went to law school just in case I need some professional advise. 🤭
From Grano Law Offices "Can I Turn Around Before a DUI Checkpoint in New Mexico?" Answer: It is not illegal to turn around before a DUI checkpoint in New Mexico. However, doing so can look suspicious. It can also make things worse, especially if you were already breaking the law, where you made the turnaround, and other relevant legal details. For example, it is illegal to violate NMSA § 66-8-114, which is the “careless driving statute.” If you peel away and accidentally hit a curbside and damage it, you could be pulled over by the police at the checkpoint. This could result in your having to face the checkpoint anyway on top of a careless driving charge.
If I recall correctly, if one turns around prior to a DUI checkpoint, while that is legal, it can give the police the probable cause and prompt them to investigate. It's a sneaky way to have a law and an exception to said law. As far as anything not shown in the video (where the check point was, what notifications - if any - were posted etc) I am not arguing or commenting on. Oh well. Either way....yeah....don't try to run. Ha.

I like how the "commentator" walks up in the police, not far from the vehicle that's being stopped and then he calls the police an "idiot" for telling him to get back!! 🤨 They don't know who you are and if you were in their shoes you would say the same!! ....Then comments about the # of police on scene also saying the one police car drove up the wrong way.... Yeah of course, they're coming to assist. People resisting police have single handedly shot and killed two officers and took off with his buddy that pulled up. (Like you did.) Some will do anything to not go to jail!! (Punch, kick, stab, remove officer's firearm from it's holster, etc.... shit can go south real quick. .....and yes there are crooked cops out there but there's some bad people everywhere. But we still need the police. Thankfully badge cams keep everyone honest. Since having them we've found it's mostly the suspect that lied and bullshited 99% of the time....🤨 It is what it is... 🤷 I used to hate the police, but after watching tons of badge cams I realize they deal with some fucked up shit!! Now I'm just honest with myself and I just say "what's right is right and wrong is wrong" and I accept what is true...
All cops are terrorists, so there's that. They are all literal road pirates. According to NMSA, new mexico statute annotated, people legally allowed to u turn before a checkpoint, so long as it's safe/legal to do so (no "no u turn" signs etc). So yes, this deputy was absolutely in the wrong
Got damn that’s insane!
Great job man 🤙👊
🤟🍻
That was funny live 😂😂

You can't argue with a man that's got a degree from the Darrell Brooks school of law... 😂😂

OOA we know white guys can’t run 🤣🤣
Can you send this video to this guy through his social media and then let him know what the cops did and how they stopped him is criminal.
he never emailed me. he MIGHT be out of jail. He might NOT remember that night, being intoxicated.
